Ok ok shame on me that i deposited at a Casino from the Virtual Group.

I signed up with Prism Casino and took their 250% coupon wich had a playthrough of deposit and bonus *20. I played Blackjack and ran the Balance up to 1000$ and after that i startet to grind it out. Met the playthrough at the mark of 900$, so far so good business as usual. I checked with the online support if i had wagered enough and they gave me the ok so i cashed out. at this point nothing on the page changed regarding the playthrough.

    Fast forward 7 days later
Iam going to wager the additional *20 just to see what they think of after this. Iam happy to keep you updatet. Actually why are they on probation? As far as i can see it nothing has Changed regarding their business habits. Feel free to comment.

Hmm, did you see their current bonus T&C's ?
different WR depending on % bonus, up to 40x for your bonus type
was it like that when you signed up?
also notice the 10x deposit max cashout for BJ/Vp

You need to read the newsletter. It blows my mind that a number of you still don't.

Check out the last Barcelona report and it explains why.

    Stay alert - stay alive.

Only the WR changed, i missetyped the Bonus %. Iam perfectly comfortable with a max cashout of *10 for Blackjack.

Maybe someone could outline the contant of that newsletter, and why it is that important that i did not read it. However i keep you updatet.

Why is it important?: you gamble.

You want assistance when you gamble at an unlicensed online casino based in Costa Rica? You should invest in the ten minutes it might take to read something like this. Specifically "Day Two"

I read that newletter before, i cant understand what your point is?

Actually it encouraged me to deposit. But obviesly sweet talk and fancy business plans are worth nothing if they are not able to follow through

why they are still on probation if they make the same old mistakes was my question, i found no answer to it in the newsletter.

Retroactive t/c changes are an absolute no no aswell as slow/no paying legit winners.

I made my second withdrawal(now with x40 in wagers) on the 24th of November so it is pending now for 1 week wich is within the acceptable limit.

I will keep this thread updatet so you get an idea how long the average cashout will take. Assuming they will pay ;-)

    My sentiments exactly POlka78.

But, I must say that by using the phrase "make the same old mistakes " is a bit understated.
    How about something like....

why they are still on probation if they
"KEEP CHEATING PLAYER OUT OF THEIR WINNINGS"
was my question, I found no answer to it in the newsletter

Casinomeister exists to inform the player and to assist you if you have problems. These guys have been in the rogue section on and off for the past several years.

I'm giving them a second chance mainly because they actually have a business plan that I have held in my hands, and I am a firm believer that plans can work if they are implemented properly.

The question is whether or not it can be implemented. That's being tested at the moment. I'm watching this from my perspective, and we also have a direct channel of communication to solve any past player problems - believe me, there were a lot - mostly Cirrus complaints.

POlka78, I'm sorry that you took my opening a dialogue with them as a greenlight to start making deposits. Maybe you should be a bit more selective with whom you do business.

The terms and conditions that were posted when you signed up and made your initial deposit are the terms and conditions that should be in effect. If they are claiming otherwise, then they are wrong and need to be made aware of this error. If you have not PABd yet, please do so, and I will forward it to the right person.

As I have mentioned in a prior post, I have been out of "the loop" for several months. I have no idea what has transpired during that time period.
But, I do know that, from what I just SKIMMED through here, that The Virtual Group has continued to lie and cheat players. And, I'm sure that there are quite a few players that have not posted who have been cheated out of their winning by Virtual in some fashion or another.

I truly do not know if this is a second or third or fourth chance. I may be wrong, but, I seem to recall you already gave them at least second chance quite some time ago.
I know you are a very intelligent man, Casinomeister. But, just because they laid out another business plan does NOT mean that they would not hesitate to skirt around the T&C's and stick it to some unknowing newbies.
And we will NEVER know about it.

As I mentioned, just above... some poor players will be sucked in and lost in the Virtual shuffle.
The "business plan" is NOT going to work.
    Mark my words.

I too hope that POlka78 has learned from his "association" the Virtual.
Most of all I hope that other players will learn from his mistake.

The operative words here is "should be in effect".
PAB POlka78 and stick it right up their behind!

Bryon, you are looked up to by probably thousands of players from all over the world. Many depend on you for guidance because they trust you.
It is my opinion that if you ROGUED this group permanantly many players will have saved their time and money. Not to mention your time following through on emails and phone calls to Virtual attempting to straighten out problems that would have not have arisen in the first place.

Sorry for such the long post.
I guess that I'm just trying to catch up from the many months I've been gone.:D

Does anyone have a list of all casino's that are run by the virtual group so I can make sure to fully avoid them at all cost. I am not trying to cause a debate on if they are good or bad, my experience has been bad and I requested my Virtual Casino account to be closed and locked then i had a bad experience with Club Player, same run around and bs so I requested my account there to be locked as well. They locked it and I checked, it was locked then I get some spam from them a week later with some huge percentage coupon, sure enough I check my account and they reopened it. Is club Player part of the virtual group? Thanks in advance.

Thanks lanidar, I looked for it but just saw they were on a six month probation and didn't see the list of casino's that were run by this group.

On a side point, what bothers me is that I had club player close and lock my account and remove me from their mailing list which lasted a few weeks then I started getting their emails again with large bonus offers and check in and see my account has been unlocked.

To me that is rogue behavior beyond just the cs live chat lies. If I had a gambling problem and that was the reason I decided to close and have my account locked then to have a casino wait a few weeks, unlock the account and send out a large email bonus may have tempted me to log back in and gamble some more. Granted that was not the reason why I had them close and lock my account but it should be up to me if I want it unlocked not for them to decide to do on their own. Thank you again for the list, I will make sure to avoid all casinos listed there.

Thanks CM, I saw them in the Rogue section (six month probation) when I looked and didn't bother to click on the link since I thought it was just a link to their website not more information.
