This casino wont respect responsible gaming, they open account again. If you request permanent closery, they still open account. I have try tell many times that I have gambling problem, but no, they still open account.
Is this really real place? There is few places where responsible gaming is joke. I have lost this casino lots money, maybe some could help me?
Please, avoid this casino, there is better place to play.

Hi sorry to hear you have gambling problems really am.

But ... every one of your 4 posts you have made of this forum are about different casinos who (seemingly) do not care about R/s.
Think its time you were accountable - and get help with your addiction. The buck in the end stops with you. Stop trying to get money lost back and focus on not
loosing any more money in the first place.

I undertand your point, but there is few places witch open account when its closed permanent. And thats ok to you? Responsible gaming is important thing, maybe you someday realize that.

Well considering your posts it seems like you going through casinos like water playing the RS card then looking to get money back lost.
What if you had won ? would you have given it back ?

Sorry but this aint gonna help you and me being a gambler I wager its very short odds this wont make squat difference as you will keep on gambling.

I have account over 800 casinos, and all are closed. So why I play these casinos? All others are permanent closed. And what if new casino open, I create account, play few euros, and close account. and there is no problem...

But surely you have to take responsibility for asking them to reopen the account? They aren't contacting you and asking you to come and play, you are actively approaching them and asking them to let you play, its your fault that you are opening, depositing and losing. When you contact them and they ask you why you want to reopen the account, what do you tell them?

I know what it doesn't mean - it doesn't mean that there is no responsibility on your part, you have to take responsibility for your actions as well.

Why there is 800 casinos what wont open account when I request? Because they respect responsible gaming... Why there is rules for responsible gaming? Why there is button where you can close account, without reason?
Casino could say, "no open" but they will open, why? person who has gambling problem, like me, are best customer. They play and play, even cancel withdrawal. Thats the reason, casinos are so greedy, few of them.

I don't think this is pernicious or intentional, rather just poor account monitoring that fails to spot duplicate accounts properly. If using the same details it's quite inexcusable for the casinos not to stop duplicate registrations.

Superlenny, Thrills and Kaboo and the Everymatrix group will spot exclusion upon withdrawal which means you will lose winnings and eventually get deposits refunded, of course keeping deposits should you lose and disappear.

You are correct in that problem gamblers are very sly and will use any means available to play including duplicate accounts. You are also correct that their uncontrolled spending is beneficial to many casinos. This leads to accusations that casinos are deliberately allowing 'no-lose' accounts by 'missing them' until withdrawal stage which means they don't have to pay winnings and merely refund deposits, or keep losing deposits.

The whole situation is a mess and needs clearly defined rules from the respective licensing authorities as to where the problem gambler's responsibility ends and the casino's begins.

The solution is easy and indeed most sites (as you said) will immediately spot matching details and stop you even opening an account let alone getting as far as depositing. This should be the standard in my opinion. If can ever be shown that the problem gambler has used any similar details when registering then the casino should be at fault if the player deposits and be obliged to IMMEDIATELY refund deposits and close the account without undue delay.

I have received the username in PM and can confirm that the last user's login was at November 21, 2015 18:59. The player has requested their account to be closed permanently.

Moreover, last week we updated our platform and introduced "Responsible Gambling" section, so right now it also possible to set up personal deposit limits, as well as request account closure and set cooling off period.

You're in denial a bit here my friend. YOU deposited and lost, nobody else. YOU have the problem so keep actively searching out depositing possibilities. You've taken a financial beating, so understandably feel angry.

But directing anger at the casino is not helping you. You need to be angry at yourself, and use that anger day after day to remind yourself never to deposit. If you spend too much on beer, would you blame the bar? If the bar banned you and you snuck back in and got drunk, would you blame them and not yourself?

The money is GONE FOREVER! It's gone because YOU deposited it and blew it.

But remember, YOU have the power within you to say 'no' to doing it again. It's time to move on and stop retrospectively blaming everybody else. Good luck.

my fault , is allowed to stand , I do not play anymore in these casinos. I thought it was right to tell you how casinos operate , but hardly anyone is interested. Play the what you wish. I put the administrator to communicate the removal of Account . That anyone going to feel bad. Thanks.

Your my friend are in DENIAL! Period.

You did what ever you could to get your fix and when it went wrong you now cry wolf as you have done
with a number of other casinos! I am not without sympathy for you as its obvious you have a very serious problem
and you should seek professional help immediately.

The casino in the end paying you back moneys lost wont help 1 bit as you know you will continue to gamble
until you become accountable. Which at the moment you are not. Throwing accusations to Dunover that he somehow
"works" for the casino wont help your cause. And so what actually if he did ? nothing he said was out of order and
softswiss casinos the ones I played at - at least are stand up operations!


Wish you well but stop trying to dodge the bullet. You lost - no matter how - face it and get help!
