hi casino meister i sent an email and instant message to both of the forum members you suggested but have recieved nothing back from either of them i also must question whether it is worth having the piggs peak representitive here at all as after five hours of dealing with customer support it was his email address my friend got he then email sandy whom emailed bak it is in the hands of prima they are investigating it my friend then emailed him back asking how long this would take and to my horror and discust sandy emailed back this 1 line email "IT TAKES AS LONG AS ITS NEEDED TO REACH A RESULT" one single line in block capitals surely this is not the response of a qualified ceo and poker room manager

Keep in mind that chip dumping, which is explicitly prohibited in the T&C of all major poker rooms, is typically done by persons attempting fraud. Therefore, Prima is likely going to wait until all funds that you and your friend have deposited clear completely before releasing the dumped money. I don't think you are going to see a speedy resolution on this one.

Admin note: Please do not start a new thread when this one is dealing with the same subject matter. Thank you.

sweetdenny: you need some patience. Considering the time zone differences, and the fact that many poker rooms/casinos are running on skeleton crews for the holidays, your questions may not get answered as soon as you may think.

As for the email response, this tends to happen when CSRs lose their patience. I'm sure they have contacted the appropriate people for this matter; they can only tell you what they have told you. How many times did you email them anyway?

Also, please use punctuation when you are writing. Your sentences make little sense when you leave commas and periods out. Thanks!
