One thing that does stick out to me here, is we've now had this promo running for nearly three weeks, with a few of us chucking quite a lot of spins through three very high variance slots, and the biggest recorded win is 535x stake, which is ahead by quite a margin as the win below that is 276x stake.
It doesn't look like Peking Luck will be changing that before the end of this week, although there is still time of course.
For me personally these massive headline win possibilities, with Peking Luck being the most ridiculous at 180,000x stake, just aren't a selling point at all. In fact, to me that just says, 'There are 36 wins of 500x stake you could have put elsewhere on the paytable, tied up in what is effectively an unachievable win'.
Pragmatic will have the data for this on their backend, I wonder if anyone has ever hit the 180,000x stake on this slot, and how many spins have been recorded on it....
I've played quiet extensively now on Peking Luck with around 35 bonus rounds played. 12 freespins 5x seems to be the default freespins round.
My highest win in all of those is the 111x I posted above.
What sticks out to me the most about this slot is the wins just aren't there, literally.
All the hype I initially had about the amount of freespins and the size of multiplier is simply an illusion and it does not matter what you get for the freespins, let me explain why.
The big wins in this game appear to come from the Wild Dancer making a winning combination. Fro big game base wins this is what you need, and the freespins are no different.
If you don't see this symbol the spins are blank. Even with the symbol it's almost impossible to hit 3OAK never mind 4 or 5OAK.
Let's say you were to get a freespins feature of 5 spins and 2x you could possibly hit a huge win by getting 3 full reels of the Wild Dancer and have 200x upwards. If you don't then it's a crap feature.
You may also get the 38 spins & 18x but again the wins are going to be completely reliant on getting reels with the Wild Dancer symbol. Therefore freespin rounds are not reliant on the amount of freespins and multiplier, but getting the wild symbol to make winning combinations.
Throughout all of my several thousand spins I haven't won higher than that 111x and it really shows you how much of a disgrace these illusory slots have become.
For a game of such volatility you would think it would have the 100x, 150x - 200x+ wins to go along with it. Sadly not, yet it has no problem playing and paying like one (Minus the big wins it
should have).
That 180,000x must take up 50% of the RTP
Also as for anyone hitting it yet...no chance!
This slot could have a million spins per day for the next 50 years running and no one would hit it. The odds must be that astronomical. I'd like to believe the win is achievable and is actually in there to be won, but I always have my suspcicions.
