Sam, powerspins "support" is even sending emails that recommend contacting live support as advertised on the website.
A standard 48 hours after my initial enquiry (regarding unexplained prevention of my latest withdrawal despite having no unmet wagering requirements), I sent a follow-up message asking why no-one was replying, simply to prompt a response to the as yet unresolved issue. I received back a deflecting email that
failed to even begin to address my inability to withdraw and patronised me for the loss of balance I had suffered while I waited for a response.
The only genuine advice was to play at a more "normal" time of day so that the live help can respond if it happens again... "Again"..? It is happening now-
what live help? I received this reply four days after my enquiry and have sent two more emails in the 10 days since their deflecting response. I am yet to receive further correspondence but 14 days later the problem is still in effect, I cannot withdraw and powerspins support refuse to disclose a reason.

Live chat hosts should be able to respond quickly before midnight. Their hours are displayed on the site. I can see, though, from the timing of your email, live chat would not have been open for you.
I can see the balance that was there at the time of your email. I can also see that you have continued to play and the withdrawable balance right now is much less. I apologise for any frustration the delay has caused.
In the event that something similar happens again, you should be able to stop playing the game you are playing, log out and keep the balance you wish to withdraw there in your account. If you return to the site during normal opening hours, you should be able to use live chat.
