i have been playing at powerbet about 2 months never a problem make a deposit lose the deposit deposit the next week. well this past we i won 1500.00 playing keno so i asked for 750 via wire transfer. they then email me back and say no because i won it a bingo and what you win in bingo is not real money(but you got to pay real money to play) i called twice and emailed 4 times can not get accounts on phone or by email. i won fair and square and want my damn money

WHAT?? Bingo winnings are not real money?? WTF is that about?

The only way I could understand this is if a bonus was recieved on the deposit as the T&C whem I played stated that Bingo isn't elegible when playing bonus funds...

Yeah, but in that case it usually says that your bonus will be voided and all play will be null & void. They are saying he didn't win reall money, which is b.s. in my opinion.

BTW, was it Bingo or Keno that you won on garysmom? You said you won Keno, then later on you say that they said you won Bingo.

ok i made a deposit of 50.00 put 20 in bingo and used the other 30 for keno they then gave me a 20% deposit bonus which i used to play keno won another 400 on that bonus which gave me 1900 total. requested 750 and played back 750. i never won at bingo. so when i requested cashout i had 400 left to play the next day. i went up and down between 400 and 0 about 6 times so i more then met any wagering requirements which with them is 10x deposit and 25x bonus. my winning were from keno not bingo. but they say because i played bingo i cant cashout. then why the hell have bingo on your site if you are not going to honor winnings? just a way to rip people off here is email doesnt even make sense

You won your credits from bingo and our terms and conditions state that we do not permit play on bingo from free credits. The accounts department have reversed your withdraw back to your player account

i made a damn deposit and have the neteller reciept to prove it it was not free play and wasnt even bingo they are a bunch of a h's

OK, I can see the problem here. They saw the bingo deposit and assumed you played with some of the free credits. You'll have to tell them to check the logs of when you got the free $$ and when you put the money into bingo.

I also see where you may have another problem though. It looks like you requested the cashin before you finished your wagering requirements, which will definately make them cranky. I would request by email to know how much you've wagered since you received your bonus. Usually they don't count wagering you do before you get your bonus (unless it was 10x to get the bonus, then 25x after).

Once you get that answer, then you'll know if you wagered enough. If not, then finish up and w/d again. If you did, then explain that you moved the money to bingo before you got the bonus (if that's the case) and that the w/d should be honored.

ok when i deposited the 50 i immediately put 20 in bingo then went to keno. the bonus shows up when they feel like putting it in anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours. i played 3.00 then won the 1500. requested the 750 then kept playing.i wagered some where around 3000 i looked it up in the account history so even if i requested before i still met the requirements plus some.
so even if i did before all they had to do was email and say so and i would have reversed and re-entered. they are just morons

Without wanting to place any added negitivity to the fact that this casino is powered by RTG, does anyone know what other casino powerbet is associate with?

I have a feeling it was with another know RTG that had bad vibes, could be wrong though.

Without rubbing salt into an open cut, why on earth deposit at an RTG casino? Given the facts that they are not licensed to operate an online casino & two that Bryan has given his opinion not to gamble at RTG powered casino's.

UPDATE FIRST OF ALL HERE ARE THE TERMS

All standard bonuses (including but not limited to purchase bonuses, free money offers, complimentary free money, and prizes) need to be wagered at least nine (9) times before they may be cashed-in. In order to cash-in any bonuses requiring corresponding purchases, both the bonus and the purchase need to be wagered a minimum of nine (9) times.
Any cash in request before the minimum wagering requirements are fulfilled in full will result in the bonus being removed. Money wagered in Bingo, Pontoon, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat play does NOT count toward any playthrough requirement unless explicitly stated, and your bonuses and winnings will be voided from your account.
There is a maximum limit of bonus that can be claimed per individual of US$500.00 on any promotion, unless otherwise stated.

NOW I WAGERED 90X THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT AND BONUS
THEY HAVE OFFERED ME 325.00 AND WILL PUT 375.00 BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND IF I HAVE A UM GREATER THEN 481.00 (WHICH IS THE BONUS I HAVE RECEIVED OVER THE LAST 2 MONTH MIND YOU) I CAN CASHOUT THE REST.

THEIR TERM ARE CONFUSING AND CONTRADICT EACH OTHER. I WILL PLAY THE 375 AND AS SOON AS I GET 482 I WILL CASH OUT AND DELETE.
I HAVE ALSO CANCELED MY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT WITH THEM AS I CAN NOT IN GOOD FAITH SEND PLAYERS TO A SITE LIKE THIS I HAVE A REPUTABLE WEB SITE AND WANT TO KEEP IT THAT WAY

I gotta disagree with you on this one garysmom, it is pretty clear. Money wagered in Bingo, ... does not cound toward playthrough...and your bonuses & winnings will be voided from your account.

Seems like they actually were being rather nice by actually giving you the $325, since by their rules they could have just voided it all.

I keep saying to people, be sure you read all the rules completely and don't go NEAR any of the banned games while playing a bonus. Either cash it out completely or lose every penny before you play any of those banned games again.

I wish players and casinos would come to realize that 98% of all casino problems involve bonuses.

I am an adamant fan against bonuses. They are evil. They ought to be made verbotten! But alas, if one casino is going to do it, the rest will follow suit (pun intended). It's an extremely competive market. And players will always be suckered in with them. Pity.

And just a note, I RARELY take up a bonus offer. Only on the initial purchase, and that's about it. I don't want anyone to tell me what games to play and for how much, how often and when. It's a trap I don't appreciate.

I WAGERED ON BINGO YES BUT I WAGERED OVER 3000 ON SLOTS VIDEO POKER AND KENO.
AND WHAT I WAGERED ON BINGO WAS FROM DEPOSIT AND WINNINGS.
READ THE RULES AGAIN YOU CANT PLAY BINGO WITH FREE MONEY BUT YOU CAN WITH DEPOSITED MONEY.
I MET THE WAGERING REQUIREMENT MORE THEN ENOUGH
IT IS JUST THEIR WAY OF TWISTING THE RULES TO SUIT THEMSELVES.
WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS YOU CANT CASHOUT OUT MORE THEN YOU DEPOSIT
SO WHATS THE SENSE OF PLAYING?

But you wagered it while you were playing a bonus, that is the problem! It doesn't anything about free money, it says "Money wagered in Bingo, Pontoon, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat play does NOT count toward any playthrough requirement unless explicitly stated, and your bonuses and winnings will be voided from your account"

It doesn't matter what else you played, since you played the banned game. And you can't separate bonus money from deposited money once both are in the account, its basically tainted money at that point and you have to stay away from the banned games.

I don't even like Powerbet casino (they banned me but never would say why), but the rules aren't ambiguous on this one. You claimed a bonus and played a banned game while fulfilling wagering requirements. They aren't changing the rules to suit their purpose.

I'll reiterate that I think they were nice to give you ANY of your winnnings back.
