Kahniwake also replied to me about my "award winning" Crystal Palace dispute over three weeks ago. They gave the operators at CP the requisite two weeks to respond (as in your case) and shockingly there was no response from the CP folks...

So, per Kahniwake's instructions, I emailed them back to let them know that the casino has continued their long standing policy of avoiding my issue.

Rumor has it by the way, that Cipher will be joining the CP team as a "special advisor" .....

I'm a new member and I try to sign in everyday to see if there's any update on Crystal Palace and American Grand not paying people and what we should do about it. Could anyone give me any advice now that Montana is reopening? I PAB is that enough or should I do something else?
Casinomeister said he will forward it to them but is there something I should be doing to get things rolling. I've PM Oliver but like many of you he's not responding. Thanks Patti

It's been a while any update on this? I thought my boyfriends $14,000 was a lot but $400,000 shaking head speachless. How is this crystal casino group in business something has to be done! Every day that goes by they are stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from people all over the world? Doesn't anyone care? RTG OR KAHNAWAKE do you CARE that this group of casino's are using your licenses and software and are not paying out because they will find any lame excuse not to pay? Has anyone ever been paid a substantial amount from this group?

I have been searching for any information on Crystal Palace or American Grand. My mom has received payouts from them in a timely manner when Neteller was still available for US players. She has been waiting on a payout from both casinos since the end of Jan. She used a CC to deposit and has been told that the withdrawals have been approved. First they were doing an Overnight Express, then they were going to use ATM cards to send the money, now they say they are doing a wire transfer into her checking account. They say it will be in her acct in 48-72 hours. Now she is waiting. Has anone else been told this?

I would just like to post a quick update that I have not received any followup from Kahnawake or Montana in over 2 months. Their original emails that they are looking into my issue were evidently an orchestrated sham. The reason I have not yet filed against Crystalisle is that I am waiting for Hastings to become operational. I do not ofcourse plan to wait forever, rest assured they will be hearing from me. If anyone has any news at all about Hastings please contact me or post in this thread.
