Powerbet not paying

    I deposited $250 at Powerbet casino about a month ago and recieved $250 bonus. I played for a while and I did reach the wagering requirements and more and then cashed out about $1200.

    I sent the faxback forms requested aswell as the ID copy.
    After not getting any money in about a week I sent 2 emails asking if they had recieved the documents. On the third email I sent I got a reply that they had gotten the documents and that I must request the withdrawal again from the casino.

    So I did and a week later I checked my Neteller account to see if my money was there yet and I saw a transaction from Powerbet that had been declined.
    After I had noticed the declined withdrawal I have sent 4 or 5 emails asking about this and I have not gotten any response at all.

    It seems like they have tried to send me the money. Or what does the declined transaction about? What can I do about this?

    I have now got my money on aug 8. I should have checked my account the day that i wrote this one. I actually had got the money already.

    No replies though on 6 out of 7 emails.
