Power Spins crap support

Well I joined Power Spins Sunday / sister site to BGO ... all was fine until I tried to login a few hours later, and found I could not saying password was wrong. Tried password reset and it gave me an error. So looked for live support and lo and behold no live support unless you logged in. No problem I emailed them. Heard nothing until now some 3 days later ... when the rep told me "he can see I have now logged in and is glad the issue was resolved" .... I responded saying not the case .... and I cant even reset the password and am worried in case someone actually has access to my account (which I doubt but still its a worry) heard nothing back and dont expect to for at least another 3 days!

Worst support I have had in a long time ..... suffice to say if they do open the account I will not be depositing one cent there and to have no live support is totally shocking in this day and age! One to avoid if you have issues. Bgo was not much better as I tried to go through them via live support which I can access from inside the casino, but after waiting 20 minutes in chat with no one answering I gave up. For me it was a crap experience ... back to VideoSlots tomorrow it is :)

I must ehco the OP. I also registered, deposited and played at powerspins.
I sent numerous emails, some where answered days later some where not even addressed.
Thus meaning missing out.
I also think I'll be playing at a more professional outfit in the future.
I mean 4 days to recieve a generic reply via email is very poor.
