Thanks bigjohn. My horn has been swoggled and I want other horns to remain unswoggled. I thought that
keeping a record of my dealings with this firm could achieve this aim.

If I stop posting now, then when someone googles totalesoft/123vegaswin, they'll see last postings about this 'orrible lot were last made in Dec 2014, so some poor sucker in mid 2015 might think 'oh, no complaints for a few months, perhaps that bloke's complaints were rectified and he didn't bother updating about the situation.'
By keeping a diary of 'no response' that little error can be rectified.

The PAB has produced no feedback in 3 weeks, which is no reflection on Casinomeister but obviously is on totalesoft/123vegaswin. They've responded to me only when I've become aggressive and the convivial approach is treated with disdain.

I'm giving this lot every opportunity to pay me what they owe, before I go to godaddy.com etc, scambuster etc.

This all started with me depositing £50 and receiving a £25 non-refundable token. Basically the token was worth £15
and I had to rollover thousands

I did this and amassed £850. They've refunded my stakes of £150 and stalled me by lying, saying I've received emails when I haven't etc, pure bull$shit. I hope their mothers are proud of their thieving kids.

Jonathan Francis, why won't you pay? If you are skint, pay me a bullseye a week.

I've reported 123vegaswin.com/totalesoft to godaddy.com and will take them to small claims court.

Imo, do not have any dealings with Jonathan Francis/totalesoft/123vegaswin.com, or sites with the totalesoft
logo.

@ pottsy67 : you had filed a PAB some time ago but it was incomplete. I tried to reach you by email for the missing info but you never responded so the case was closed.

Reading through this I see were having email issues with the casino as well. Coincidence? Maybe worth checking into.

I realize you've been away from Casinomeister for over a month now but if you do come back please read the Posting Rules. Under normal circumstances you would have been called out for having run seriously afoul of item 1.11, namely "do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda".

I understand from casinomeister it´s not allowed to promote your ¨own agenda¨ in a thread. From the other site I it isn´t that bad pottsy67 kept posting his updates? Imo a thread like this may blow up a little bit, so as much people as possible know this casino is a scam.

Just a 5 minutes investigation shows 123vegaswin clearly a rogue casino. Few traffic, but every now and then they will receive some deposits from some lost player coming across this casino, and they are laughing their asses off for some extra free money every now and then, since nobody cares.

It just surprises me-
If I was able to, this casino should be immediately in the rogue-pit. Just a little bit work to protect many players from depositing there.
Just my opinion and forgive me if this is an idiot post because of not knowing the rules here. I come from a big poker/casino forum where things are a little bit different and I really like CM. The smart rules here makes this a really nice place to be without a lot of flaming and stuff.

The normal procedure is "don't post while you have a PAB" but you're usually free to post afterwards. We see this as a reasonable balance since unrestricted forum posting WHILE a PAB is in progress usually borks the PAB's chances of success.
