Casino Complaint Postponing payment, additional verification N1 casino.

Hello. My problem is that I deposited 80 euros to the N1 casino without using any bonus. I won 643 euros and I want to withdraw and the casinos ordered additional verification of my income, I don't know on what basis. I sent them all the documents except the mifinity account statement because they want 6 months in pdf and such a statement is not possible to download from the mifinity website. I sent them screenshots of everything and they won't accept it. I sent them a statement from my revolut account and from the account where my pension comes in and they also have a problem with it. If I had known there would be such problems, I wouldn't have put my money there. I have paid there many times before and there was no problem with the withdrawal because the account was verified, so I do not understand this approach of the casino. I am asking for urgent and quick help in this matter.

@grzegorz1972 : I've removed your attachments because there was too much personal info on display. If you really want to post those go ahead, but you would be wise to block out your personal details (name, email address, etc).

Also please do read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , especially items 1.9 and 2.3. You've filed a PAB with us but if you continue posting on this subject we'll have to cancel your PAB.
