Of course they were. You were wagering 50% Cash, 50% bonus money with every spin. The cash you accumulated was because of the breaching of the terms. I.e You were staking more than allowed whilst bonus funds were active.

No need to be a dick, its your fault you didnt read the terms and you are living in a dream world where you can bet 10 euro but its within the terms as only 5 euro is the bonus part.

Each bet had bonus money contributing to it, therefore, all winnings are won using bonus money and are held to the applicable terms.
