Checked the site as well as i can, and it appears no maxbet, and you can bet on any games you like with what stakes you like. So in that sence it is a pretty nice offer these days, but since no license and we don't know if they actually pay , its a high risk .

Sorry to resurrect an oldish thread. When I worked for Manwin (The company who owned PH back then) we had these amazing mugs that said "Hard at work" on them.

Also if i remember correctly they used to advertise in a fairly dodgy way for cassava where they had a banner saying "Sexy live dealers" with some scantily clad women on the banner and it would take you to 888. Good to see they've started their own, even if it isn't in a proper regulated market. They have very good lawyers and a lot of cash though so i expect they've opened it in Costa Rica on purpose.
