Poorly worded Terms and Conditions

    I deposited at a Casinomeister approved casino (rivernile casino), and I lost my first deposit and waited for my bonus. Well after a day I talked to live support and they said I didnt qualify because I Deposited at another Golden Star Lounge Casino.

    Well I looked at the terms and conditions before and I found this

    ~Once a player has claimed the Match Bonus promotion at this casino, he/she in CANNOT claim it at any other Golden Lounge Casino (Unless Invited).

    That is completely backwards, it should state Once a player has claimed the Match Bonus promotion at any casino in the Golden Lounge Casino group, then he/she CANNOT claim it at any other Golden Lounge Casino. (Unless Invited)

    This is more or less not a complaint if they give me a bonus thats fine, if not thats fine too. But come on at least fix the grammar mistakes in your terms.

    I did read the terms before playing FWIW. But that was a very misleading term.
