Poor Service from Fastwin

    Thought I`d give this casino a go as they are on the accredited list and I wanted to try out the new lotto madness slot that was mentioned in another thread.

    I deposited and play with my own money, I did only play the slots.

    After an hour or so I emailed support as to when the new player offer would be added and on thier website it says it is added a few seconds after depositing.

    I just a resonse from thier customer support and it is the usual playtech BS.

    This sort of thing reminds me of why I usually avoid ALL PLAYTECH casinos. I have not played at a playtech casino for over 2 years and I have not played at any casinos in the same group as Fastwin.

    I wouldn't touch this casino with a ten-foot pole personally:

    That plus the fact that I could not FIND the T&C anywhere for *any* bonuses. What games can you play? Is it an all games bonus? Is there an exclusion list? It does not say this anywhere.

    The paragraph they quoted you simply does_not_exist on their website.

    Even getting the bonus is not really worth it as it is phantom.
    I can't see how playing with the deposit rather than waiting for the bonus is a sign of bad faith/abuse from the player.

    If it has nothing to do with fraud, they should tell you what casinos they have records from that cause them to make this decision. If you have not played in their group before, it is most likely down to the central Playtech negative database that they won't admit to having. They are in the same group as Kiwi Casino brands.
