Poor Customer Service at Spin Room

I recently singed up, deposited and wagered the recommended amount in order to receive the 100 sign up bonus at the spin room but did not receive it. I contacted customer service and they replied that the bonus would be in my account at the end of the second business day. It has now been at least three days and I still have not received the bonus. I have tried contacting customer service since about this matter but they still have not replied. I am very disappointed with their customer service and it is clear to me that they are ignoring my recent emails as the first email I sent was reponded to within minutes!!!
