Pokerstars.uk is the latest casino to claim that "privacy laws" are the reason they can't discuss player complaints:
We undertake substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality, identity, preferences and other information we have collected about individual players. Due to data privacy laws, we are not permitted to disclose personal account information as described in our Privacy Policy

A false and disingenuous claim. They've decided they don't want to discuss player issues and are trying to make it sound as if the law is the reason they can't. Not true and a probable violation of the GDPR.

They are very shady, they are currently banning so many players. I know numerous cases where a player has won a bigger tournament and was permanently banned with no explanation. Or if a player receives funds from another person he does not know and if that person has abused bonuses, you will also get a parment ban.

Be cautious and don't keep large balances there.
