I was playing this game last night on Pokerstars and got the genie wild feature, the game played through, but at the end of feature it stayed stuck on a loop without clocking up the win numbers or adding to the balance. (Please see screenshot attached)
dors anyone know what this would pay and what the outcome would be, when I log out and log back in it starts the spin cycle again and takes me through all the stages as normal but again stops short of accrediting the win.
I’ve contacted their support but have not heard anything back from them yet, reading on other sites people are saying that they can take 10 days to come back!
if anyone has any experience or views regarding f this issue, your feedback will be much appreciated.
