Poker Product Manager, Panama

Responsibilities;
The Poker Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing player strategies and programs.
contributing in every way to the facilitation of the Companys business and financial objectives.
creating strategies for promotion programs and policies.
creating major strategies for attracting new players.
creating strategies for player retention/loyalty.
doing research for expansion into new markets.
co-ordinating and ensuring liaison with various departments.
developing strategies to expand player development on an international scale.

Required experience;
experience in consumer marketing and customer service.
over 5 years of Online Casino experience.
experience in promotional online gaming offers and tournaments.
experience in consumer and direct marketing.
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
proactive and organized.
excellent interpersonal skills.
very strong analytical skills.
service oriented.
good time management skills.
enthusiastic in dealing with new challenges.
capable of working under pressure.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, additional bonus based on performance, full benefits, company paid relocation if required.
