It' been over a month now I sent drivers licence that was verified, then I sent a utility bill with my address they told me couldn't accept it so I sent another 2 utiliy bills. Then they asked for a pic of an old debit card which I used last January I told them I don' have that card anymore they said they needed to see a bank statement showing I made a payment to them with that old card.. I sent that now they want to see a mobile phone contract and phone bill. On there terms and conditions it says they will need to see evidence of the last item you deposit with which was my debit card so why are they asking for my phone contract I didn' deposit with my mobile phone.. they don't want to pay out..
