    I have brought this matter up many times and you have asked me to be patient in your one response. I will rehash. I am very concerned about the $3,000+ that was my balance at Lucky Games casino when they went off line on August 18th ,2006. I e-mailed you and have sent messages from the 22nd of August. As I told you I filed with Montana and they acknowledged they have received the complaint and were looking into it. You have answered me once saying that filing was a good idea and you were working on my problem and I should be patient. Isn't one month patient. I just wanted your input good or bad as to how lucky games was settling their affairs if they were at all. Not knowing and sitting in limbo is annoying. I know you were working on your website but I would really appreciate any information. Lucky Games as I told you said all deposits would be handled with checks sent to the customers. This was on August 23rd. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to be concerned. Please advise.
