Now, your account wasn't closed for you winning. Casinos tend to want to retain players after a win actually, so that wasn't the reason.
I was reading through the conversations and spoke with the Russian support who mentioned you repeatedly complaining in forums, threatening to complain to our license issuer about us, etc. You may have to forgive me for saying so but if you're constantly upset about us, to the point where you're claiming to want to go to our license issuer and make formal complaints, maybe BitStarz isn't the place for you.
So after repeated complaints all over the internet about us, I have to say I'm rather puzzled over the fact that you'd be requesting to have the case re-considered and your account re-opened. So either the remarks originally made weren't genuine, or if they were, that raises concerns about Responsible Gambling to me.
With that in mind, you'll have to forgive my decision to keep your account with us closed.
