Please help! My bitstarz money was forfeited when cashing out!

A year ago, BitStarz closed my account. The reasons are unclear to me. I just wanted to get a fair game from this casino, instead I got a ban. Dear representative, could you please reconsider your decision. I hope your opinion has changed in the meantime regarding fair play. I would like my account to be opened, as the closure was unjustified

You are an accredited casino on this forum, which means you are also crystal clear and should make fair decisions, and not look for excuses by hiding from the public. My account was closed after the maximum win, after I received money from you. You saw me as a "potentially dangerous player", it sounds funny, but it remains a fact,

Now, your account wasn't closed for you winning. Casinos tend to want to retain players after a win actually, so that wasn't the reason.

I was reading through the conversations and spoke with the Russian support who mentioned you repeatedly complaining in forums, threatening to complain to our license issuer about us, etc. You may have to forgive me for saying so but if you're constantly upset about us, to the point where you're claiming to want to go to our license issuer and make formal complaints, maybe BitStarz isn't the place for you.

So after repeated complaints all over the internet about us, I have to say I'm rather puzzled over the fact that you'd be requesting to have the case re-considered and your account re-opened. So either the remarks originally made weren't genuine, or if they were, that raises concerns about Responsible Gambling to me.

With that in mind, you'll have to forgive my decision to keep your account with us closed.

I have to express my disagreement with your version of events regarding the closure of my account. As a successful player at your casino, I have always tried to play responsibly, which naturally increases my expectations of fairness and transparency from you. My arguments will remain the same though. You've made repeated complaints online and said you'd complain to our license (and this was prior to your account being closed), yet you still want to play at BitStarz.

If I personally was so convinced of the poor practice of a casino to the point where I'd make it my mission to complain everywhere I could, I wouldn't be requesting to have my account re-opened at that same establishment. It just doesn't make much sense to me.

I just wanted to make sure I was right once again. And your words are proof that I am right. No one goes to a casino to lose. Unfortunately, lying on the part of the casino has become the norm, but you can't lie and dodge forever.

Djcent, those wins are decent but i don't think a casino like BitStarz would even notice them. Just forget and move on.
Forget the lies and deceit of this operator? Forget how they make up their own rules and then contradict them? Just look at the cynicism in the words of their representative! He acts on the principle: "There are two opinions—mine and the wrong one." The casino never loses for two reasons: it has a mathematical advantage over the player, and they use their tricks. And then they preach to the player about responsible gaming.

If we truly want to ensure safety in gambling, such issues should be addressed openly and transparently. However, this casino will never reveal the real reason for closing my account.
