About two weeks or so ago, I sent in a PAB about Sun Palace casino. As I hadn't heard anything, i sent maxd a private message about 3-4 days ago to enquire as to my PAB status. So far I haven't heard anything and I'm worried that i must have done something wrong in my submission and private message. Can anyone help me from stressing out?

Just be patient. He has a tonne of PAB to go through and he has also been busy with the meister meet. If he doesnt respond in a couple days maybe shoot him another message :)

I appreciate your response, but it has been 19 working days and 25 days in total since I requested a withdrawal from this casino and still they cannot give me a timeframe when i will receive the money. is this normal?

If you've submitted a PAB you need to refrain from posting about the matter in hand or asking forum members, this will jeapordise the PAB.

As mentioned Max is in London right now but I'm sure he will turn his attention to your case soon, Have patience (with CM) they are very bust right now :)

No, that's not normal - but there could be a reason for the delay which no-one but you and/or the casino know about.
The Mainstreet Group have been around a long time and were even accredited once - they are a reputable operator.

As others have said, Max is in London attending several conferences this week and I would guess he wont get back to his office until next week.
Just unfortunate timing for you - but be patient and I know Max will do all he can to help.
