I'm writing to ask our friendly neighborhood Casinomeister to consider adding Betsoft to the list of bad software providers, and to issue a Warning about Betcoin.ag.

    Betsoft:
    (1) Recently, a player at Betcoin.ag lined up five jackpot symbols on the payline on the Betsoft game The Glam Life, while playing max coin at the 50¢ denomination. That should have triggered the progressive jackpot, but it didn't. Betsoft handled the support on the customer's complaint, because they actually control the games for the casino. Initially, Betsoft denied the payout with the excuse that the player wasn't playing max coin, because he was playing the 50¢ denomination, and would have had to have played at $1 to win. This is ridiculous on its face because every denomination has its own different progressive jackpot. When the player pointed this out, Betsoft then said that the jackpot can't be won during the free spins bonus round, although there was nothing in the paytable that suggested that was so. (*After* the player's complaint, Betsoft changed the wording to read that the jackpot "cannot be won during any other [sic] bonus feature".) (You must register/login in order to see the link.)

    (2) Analysis suggests that some Betsoft progressive jackpots cannot be won. Here's a You must register/login in order to see the link. and the thread where it's being discussed. Betsoft has completely ignored inquiries into this issue by Casino Listings.

    Betcoin.ag:

According to the player who was denied the jackpot above, Betcoin.ag told him that they'd seen that same kind of problem with Betsoft, and that Betsoft controls the games. (According to the player, "When you play this game your wager is sent directly to BetSoft, and you are connected to their servers. If you win BetSoft credits the players account at the casino. BetSoft holds sole responsibility for deciding who wins and loses. The arrangement with the casino operates very much like a player affiliate program.") If this is true, then Betcoin.ag is incapable of doing right by players because they have no control over the games. And if what the player says is true, Betcoin.ag knows that Betsoft has refused to pay jackpot winnings *more than once*, yet Betcoin.ag still continues to offer games by Betsoft.

We've just received this complaint too - from what I've seen so far it appears legitimate and pretty serious. It's a large payout and I'd be more than happy to involve CM or Max in this discussion if they wish to be involved. If it's genuine it's going to take significant pressure to get the player paid.

What I'd really like to see is all the Betsoft casinos putting pressure on Betsoft to pay the player. But I might as well be wishing for world peace.

I am the player with the unpaid winning spin. It is genuine, and I have the screenshots to prove it.

You must register/login in order to see the link.

I also have the chat logs from Betcoin.ag support on the night of my spin where they acknowledge that I hit the 5 yachts on the pay line on a bonus spin. Any way you can help me to pressure BetSoft would be most appreciated. They won't even return an email from me. They have no phone number that I can find. I have no way to get paid unless I can apply the pressure of players complaining to their own casinos and refusing to play their games. Thank you for anything you can do.

If you've read the PAB FAQ you'll know that we normally ask PABers to refrain from posting about their PAB issue on the forums until the PAB process has finished. However in your particular case it's pretty clear that the casino is not going to cooperate in a meaningful way regarding your issue and so the process for your PAB is effectively dead.

I was just reading this on another site, and someone posted a screenshot of the paytable. I noticed the first picture and the jackpot yachts are the same exact symbols but with different payouts listed to the side of them. How can Betsoft justify which is the Jackpot symbol? I wonder if it was an over sight or not?
