Playzee be very wary

Firstly I just want to add what an Amazing site this is. I used to belong to Askgamblers until I realised they are all in favour for bad casino practices and do anything in their power to help the casino and NOT the players.
So onto my word of warning with Playzee casino. I signed up a few weeks ago and after numerous emails for a welcome offer I decided to give them a go. I deposited £80 and straight away my account got blocked. I then got an email asking for ID and proof of address which I was expecting. I sent in all the ID clearly displayed and in the correct format. I also sent in a picture of the card I used to deposit just as extra identification and I knew it would be asked for if I ever made a withdraw (even though they hadn’t asked for it). Over a week later and I am still waiting to hear anything. I have emailed 8 times and been on chat 7 times (who are useless by the way) no one will help me. I keep being told it’s being reviewed. As far as I am aware they have taken my £80 and done a runner. They state 2 days to check ID. It’s been over a week. I believe this company is shady and are complete scam artists. Please be careful and deposit at reputable casinos. I wrote a review stating the same on Askgamblers and they rejected it. Another dodgy site I would urge you to avoid!

I am using playzee and till now, I had no problems with them (withdrawal is fine too)..
But I will be more careful.

No problem at all buddy. I am glad you have found the site good. I’m sure it’s not all bad but I haven’t even played there yet due to depositing and having my account locked. I am a genuine player who can provide any ID requested so I don’t understand why they have ignored me for 4 days regarding verification. I hope you continue to have a positive time there. I am not impressed at all

That is frustrating indeed. I hate late verification. They should do it straightway for you!!!!!

Maybe you've self excluded one of their partner casinos? As far as I know, playzee is partners with casimba (if I am right..).
It seems like if you are self excluded from one of their partners, you are not be able to register? (I am not 100% sure tho..)

I hope your problems will be solved soon.

I kept playzee account because they gives you 10% back of your weekly deposit (but there are wagering hehehe - so maybe not that great option) and every Sunday you get free spins (you need to opt all these options, they do not give you if you are not opted).

They have 'nightlife' and 'dancing drums' which are my favourite and very hard to find casinos with these games...

One quite handy thing to do when facing new casino which you are not familiar and have no idea if they are part of group of others is to click MGA/UKGC logo at bottom of the site, that should always direct to regulators page where all websites under same license are listed.

Thanks everyone I appreciate the replies. The thing is I’m not a huge gambler overall and I have never excluded from a site ever. I belong to a couple of other casinos and their verification has been done in a matter of hours or even on the spot.
