I received a promo from these guys for a $50 ND bonus and played the new playtech slots with it.
The new slots are about the best on the market design and graphics wise although returns will obviously differ for everyone.

Anyway I managed to make the WR (The second time I have managed this on a free chip in Two Weeks when in all the previous Years I had not managed it once, doh)
Now of course I decided to check the forums for word on them, I was pretty sure they were not rogue but I thought I remembered some issues from the past.
Apparently they used to be RTG and a few issues then but could not find anything bad on them since they were Playtech.

So I decided to make the $50 qualifying deposit and sent in my docs and asked how long to process the withdrawal to moneybookers.
I was told 4 to 7 Days so I thought um, not a good sign.
Then I got an email saying my utility bill was not clear enough and to send another today.
Here we go I thought.
I sent another scan in by email this afternoon (UK time)

Now here is the thing, just checked my emails and there is one from MB telling me funds have been received.
So that is within 48 hours of my withdrawal request and 12 hours of sending in my ID.

Just thought I would share that good experience with the forum as I am usually the first to complain when things go badly.
I am not endorsing them in anyway I am just praising them for excellent service for me personally.
I hope everyone gets treated this way there.
Thanks Playunited.

I haven't played much Playtech, but some of their slots are nifty, especially Gladiator. Hope Bet365 picks them up soon. Maybe they even have...I don't seem to get much mail from them.

Anyone out there in Meisterland know if all Playtech slots pay the same at all Playtech casinos, a la Microgaming or Rival, or can individual casinos vary the payout like RTG?

I don't know this for a fact but I would be amazed if they could not change RTP.
Actually there are very few threads on the playtech software - it is all Rival,RTG,MG and 3 Dice for some reason.

Maybe someone more informed will pop along and let us know.

Jasmine, Gladiator sucks!
That slot is definitely a money vacuum or extremely high variance.
It has slaughtered me every time, pardon the pun.

Fortunately there are some lower variance slots amongst the new crop and I got lucky again.
Here are a few random Screenies but they really don't do the graphics justice unfortunately.

Not bad off an 18c bet.

No doubt some real players would kill for that bonus round but I still get fun hitting high multiples of bets - it may be a while before I manage this one again though.

Now how long will this cashout take?

Good for you Rusty but my experience with them when they were RTG was very poor. I had a free chip of $10 or $15 I guess and ran it up to about $80. The withdrawal was declined and even when I pressed them for a reason they did not give any. Hope they have turned over a new leaf.

I really can't say ChuChu except so far they have treated me well.
I thought I had heard the odd negative thing when they were RTG so I wasn't sure they would pay but it was very painless.

Obviously people will have to go off their own experiences and you had a bad one. Maybe they are under new management now they are
Playtech or maybe I just got lucky and fell through the net.
Hopefully as you say they are now a trustworthy Casino and I can't find anything negative on them since they have been Playtech.

For me to win on a free chip and get paid within 48 hours then redeposit and win again is about as good as it gets - in fact I have never made Two successive cashouts at any casino in all the Years I have played.
Sure I usually carry on playing instead of cashing out but as you can see from the screenshots I got Hours of playtime.
Of course the worm will turn but right now I'm having a blast and being very lucky - someone else will be having my usual nightmare.:p

Rusty,

I just noticed that one of your SS was on Captain's Treasure. It seems to be different from what I played a couple of years ago. I liked that slot which was then a 9-liner and now it looks to a be a 20-liner now. How I miss Playtech:mad::mad:

Why can't you play Playtech Chu?

By the way the slot is Captains Treasure Pro.

Its correct that they was before RTG.

But let RTG beeing RTG, we should not talking about the past.

Now they have launched to Playtech.

Lets talking about what they make distinguish opposite the other Playtechs.

Do you think that this are good conditions ?

What can they make better ?

The Hong Kong Government states it is against illegal gambling of any sort. This is primarily used to protect the Hong Kong Jockey Club from sportsbooks and local bookies so as to create a monopoly for taking horse-racing and soccer bets for the Club. Therefore, it is written down that you cannot gamble with operators other than the Jockey Club. It doesnt give a damn about online gaming but software operators like Crypto and Playtech want to play safe and not take any customers from Hong Kong. A couple of MGs (like 32RED) and more recently some RTGs have also banned me from playing at their casinos for this reason. So It's pretty like USA players who cannot play at various sites.

It really is amazing that the US and Hong Kong authorities act in this protectionist (keep it in the family) way instead of looking after their citizens and legislating and regulating like government should.
At least they don't shoot people like the mafia, oh wait a minute.
As always the little guy suffers.

Zodiac:
So far Zodiac the CS has been very good to excellent but their website states 4 to 7 days to process withdrawals (which would mean it remained reversible for 4 Days)
My withdrawal however was very quick so maybe they have elevated me to VIP level and payments are quicker?
For me the slots have played very fair so far payout wise (though like all software they still use weighting)
I don't do recommendations but I thought it important to give credit where it is due and I hope anyone else who has been playing there has had the same good service.

good service is always important and i agree to give them credit :)

Okay Rusty, i think that the withdrawal and reversible time is too long for a Playtech Casino.

4-7 days for processing isn't more timely.

It should be given no reason to hold on a withdrawal for days and it should be processed all within 48 hours, if all is cleared with documents and so on.

What i'm interesting for is, how thinking about the wager conditions ?

(25x or 35x wager the bonus+deposit)

And thinking about to play only slots ? (playing Roulette, some Blackjack variants or some other games are excluded).

Compare once with e.g. William Hill where allowed to play Roulette and some other games (all variants) with 10% or 20% wager.

Perhaps WH can allow, because they are bigger and a bookmaker company ?

Or compare to other existing Playtechs ?

Do anyone think it's a too high risk for an new Casino to include or allow some more games with a 10% or 20% wager conditions ?

Personally I opted out of the welcome bonuses.
I was lucky enough to receive a $50 ND offer with X20 WR and managed a decent cashout so obviously that helped me see them in a positive light.
After this the CS has been good and my withdrawal processed within 24 hours of documents being received despite what it says on the website.
After this I made another deposit and managed another cashout.

I am not affiliated to any Casino and do not promote any sites I am just stating my experience with them as a positive.
The bonus terms are pretty standard, not great, not awful.

Made a cashout request on the 8th and not hit my my account yet so maybe I just got lucky with the withdrawal first time around?

I wanted to know if they would flush withdrawals if requested so got onto live chat and my question wasn't answered but I was told my payment is delayed because there is a technical issue they have encountered that is not allowing their Finance Team to process refunds. (their words)
I don't like the sound of that and they are still taking deposits.
When I asked how long before I receive my funds I was told as soon as the problem is fixed. Well yeah I gathered that. :what:

My experience with them so far has been positive so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now and post back soon.
It would be horrible if having made an effort to write a positive thread it all goes sour.

Just like heroin......the first ones free.

J/K, hope they process soon for you.

I played there when they were RTG.

I won but I had to hound them until I got paid.

I think it took 4 or 5 months.

I did hit the biggest achilles win I have ever won there.

I was almost broke and spinning 10c, 10 lines at 1c, and hit the achilles feature and then lined up 4 achilles in a row across the middle.

I think it paid over $500 and was close to $600. I was astounded and cashed out. I was paid but it wasn't worth the 4 months of agony.

Maybe they have new owners with the new software.

Money has hit my account today.
Now I am unsure how long cashouts will normally take, one was quick , one was slow but most important I have been paid.
I'm pretty sure they are a safe place to play and in my experience the slots generally play better than many other Playtech.
Betfred, Bet365 I'm looking at you.
