Playtech Welcomes US Players?

I thought that Playtech pulled out of the US market, but when I did a search, I saw a few that stated they welcome US players. Well, that's what the site said anyway. Anyone else noticed?

I haven't seen any that state they welcome US players. Note that if a casino shows a US phone number and has a US (currency) flag, it may still list the US as a restricted territory in the T&C. Having said that, I have seen Playtech T&C's that neglect to list the United States in the list of banned countries. This may be intentionally or it may be a poorly updated website. For example, the Grand Bank's T&C states,

"7.1 you are not a resident of the Netherlands Antilles, Israel, Cyprus, Estonia ;"

I would almost think it's ssafe to say that those saying they allwo us players are rogued or dodgy.
