After signing up to titan casino based on the reputation of their poker room i thought it may be a good move. Before depositing, i enquired with live chat regarding using a debit card, she said it was fine, i enquired regarding withdrawals and she said that it generally takes 2-5 business days to clear the bank account. I played, depositing 195 and won 350 which i opted to withdraw. Upon withdrawing i was told there would be a 4 day PENDING period, and then allow 14 business days for it to clear because it is a credit card, i told them, no it is not a credit card, its a debit card, there is no chance of a chargeback as they are entirely different to credit cards. They kept telling me the same, almost 3 days after requesting the withdrawal, i then get a message saying they want ID from me, so basically they waited 3 days to ask me for ID, i sent them it, and they told me firstly they hadnt got it and to send it again, i sent it again, both driving licence and both sides of my debit card used to deposit/withdraw, they then replied saying they need something with my address on it, i told them my driving licence has got it on, they asked me to send it yet again.... 3rd time now, sending the same documents, this is now 4 days after requesting the withdrawal. I spoke to livechat who told me to wait 3-5 minutes for them to resolve the issue, after 55 minutes, yes 55 minutes, and 3 different people on live chat, the final comment was, wait 24-72 hours for your documents to be verified, this is now 5 days and they havent even begun to process my withdrawal. I am absolutely furious at the lies, and downright con tactics they use to get you to deposit, apparently it takes 4 days for security checks to withdraw money, i was told by support this is absolutely standard across the board with ALL players, however in their own terms and conditions it clearly states that VIP players and high depositors have this time "dramatically" reduced. So basically, depositing fine, withdrawals? 18 days!!!, yes 18 days to get your money back to the card you used. I have been passed from pillar to post, and am still no closer to getting my money paid. And everytime i log in, it keeps telling me, you have a pending withdrawal, you may want to return it to play with rather than making a deposit. Needless to say, i wont be using Titan Casino or any playtech platform if this is how they operate when paying players out. :rolleyes:
 
Isnt there an option to transfer funds within Titan from casino to poker? In that case you could reverse and withdraw from the poker site without those harassments.

Not that im aware of Balky, and i dont use titan poker anyway, i suppose this time im going to have to just wait and hope i eventually get my money. I would say its not really the timescales but the way they have dealt with it thats annoyed me more, but it isnt, it is the timescales, 18 business days for a withdrawal back to the card ive used to deposit is absolutely ridiculous, never heard anything quite like it and play at a lot of online casinos.
 
I understand ur frustrated and angry and for example letting a customer waiting 55 minutes in live chat is a No-Go! Most probably they push you around hoping that you might reverse and lose ur cash. I never played Titan Casino, but the withdrawals from Titan Poker were no problem. Hope you will receive ur money eventually.

100% correct. I know why they string everything out, unfortunately a lot of players would reverse the withdrawal, play, and lose, which is why they have a 4 day "pending" period even following submission and verification of ID and documentation. But to top it off, they then say wait 14 days for it paying back to the card, all of which time the money is available to return to your account. Its an awful state of affairs quite frankly, and on live chat, he said wait 3-5 minutes, and after 33 minutes when i said very politely, you told me to wait 3-5 minutes can i have an update? the response was "Im trying to sort this out for you. Please wait" before transferring me to another representative who greeted me with "Hi, How can i help you?" to which i had to explain everything again ..... terrible service at all levels, and still, now close to 6 days and my cashout states "WAITING" with no sign of movement and no response for 6 hours so far. I am furious with Titan Casino.

Complete bullshit, there are very few Playtechs that are good these days, only a couple will w/d right away (24hrs), 4 days what a crock. Bet 365 does my w/d within 24hrs.
 

Come on Paul, surely the posters in this thread here are deserving of a more worthy comment than just simply :( :( don't you think !! Where is your spirit of player retention at here. I'm actually glad I'm not one of your affiliates if this is the best you can do to retain customers..:rolleyes:

Haha, i'd love to comment but it wouldn't be professional, just thought I'd make a point that not all Playtech operators are the same, we all have our own payment terms!
 
Don't worry; you're gonna get paid. But all EuroPartners casinos (Europa, Tropez, Del Rio, VegasRed, Craps.com, Titan...) do those stupid tricks to make you cancel your withdraval and lose your money.

I played in Casino Del Rio two years ago, deposited 50 got 100% match, fullfilled bonus WR and won 380 in live Blackjack and Roulette. Then made a withdraval of all the money and the next 5 days it appeared as 'pending'. Just forgot about the casino and 20 days later I got the cheque by DHL without any ID request.


I love Playtech games but I hate those dodgy operations...
