PlayTech Casino Recommendation

Does anybody know of a reputable Playtech casino with <gasp> simple terms and conditions? From the ones I've found, it seems like the Playtech casinos want to bonus you a little bit on every deposit just so they can lock you into punitive terms and conditions. I especially dislike the terms that restrict play from some of the most enjoyable games.

I've been using Vegas Red, but having read and reread their wagering requirements I'm not sure what I would have to do to actually meet the requirements and cash out someday.

CasinoMeisters lists two reputable Playtech casinos: City Club Casino and Kiwi.

I visited these two casino's web sites but their terms and conditions leave me a bit cold.

For example... In addition to the usual Fun games don't count towards minimum wagering requirements the terms also state:

If you make a withdrawal before wagering 10 (ten) times your deposit and bonus, the bonus money and winnings will be removed from your account.

Now to me thats downright harsh. Whats wrong with saying something like 'We will reverse the cashout back into your account and assist you in determining the remaining amount that you need to wager to meet our requirements...'

Kiwi casino has similar policies and of course, by using Firepay, etc they will cheerfully bonus you, subsequently requiring you to hire a bookkeeper and executive assistant to track your wagering in the non cool games so that you can eventually cash out.

Therefore, if anybody knows of a good Playtech casino that doesn't tie up every transaction for life with a wagering requirement I would appreciate your recommendation(s).

<PS> The statements above do not serve to comment on the reliability or integrity of the casinos recommended by Casinomeister. I am simply expressing a discomfort with the terms and conditions that seem to unnecessarily stack the odds against the casual player throughout the lifetime of their casino/customer relationship.

That's a very candid post dberry100.

Without saying anything derogatory about CITY CLUB CASINO and/or KIWI CASINO I generally prefer to not accept the bonuses as offered by the casinos for the reasons you've enumerated and because more times than not they're simply a trap.

If you don't want the bonuses and the restrictions that are so often attached to those bonuses just simple call customer service at the casino/s BEFORE YOU WAGER ANY MONEY and tell them that you don't wish to partake in the bonus programs. Wait for them to remove the bonus and then play without those restrictions. Have a good one.

Last year I registered at one of the Sunny Group casinos, I was impressed with the Playtech software but having read through the T&C's I decided I would be better off not accepting any bonus as I only wanted to play low-edge games.

I emailed customer support prior to depositing funds to ask if this was possible but received absolutely no response whatsoever. Well, this told me more than enough.

Strangely they still sent me daily promotional mails for months after. :what:

T&Cs consistantly change and I rely mostly on players to inform me of these. Thanks for the heads up, and I'll see if these might be ammended to something more player friendly.
