HOPEFULLY SOMEONE HAS AN ANSWER AND SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM..
iS PLAYTECH ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH EMPIRE ONLINE? SEEMS THEY PAY OUT THE MONEY WON ON EMPIRE'S CASINOS...

Jeez, Blondie I sure wish you could find that damned caps lock LOL!!

Anyway - I'm sure your problem is not in the least a laughing matter so let me try to explain about the progressives. These are run across a whole bunch of casinos, under different owners and managements in many cases and the software provider behind the progressive - in this case Playtech - holds the funds (probably through an insurance or escrow account arrangement) The casino owners participating in the progressives "network" each pay a fee or percentage for the facility.

Providers like Cryptologic and Microgaming have the financial stability and integrity to pay out progressives in one cash transaction, accompanied by free legal and financial advice should you wish it. Once they have established the lucky player's bona fides (because these wins can be as high as well over a million and a half dollars) there is usually not too much fuss or delay.

I don't know about other providers - RTG for instance - but I'm sure someone here will know.

I don't know what the Playtech policy is, but I've always assumed that they followed the one payment route, because they have claimed to have had some major progressive wins yet I have never seen complaints about partial payments.

If they are pulling this sort of stunt on you, then imo they are making a major marketing blunder because there are few players who would prefer instalments to a one cash payment.

Monaco Gold and its stablemates in Empire Online (an Israeli company run by a thirty-something guy called Noam Lanir who has made hundreds of millions in this industry) does not have a good reputation, and a search of the archives at the major portals will turn up more than a few complaints.

However, in this case it's Playtech who are responsible for the payout.

.

not exactly a complaint, but this shows its standard policy at monaco gold to only pay in installments.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/holly-cow-i-cant-believe-it.9484/?highlight=monaco

as pointed out in the thread, playtech pay the money to monaco gold, so why the hell should monaco gold hold onto the money, in contradiction to their own terms.

You are aware of and agree that the maximum amount that a Player can cash-out is $10,000 USD (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) per month. This provision will not apply on the progressive Jackpot winnings.

given how many playtechs have turned rogue in the past year, what happens if you they decide they are going to stop paying after a few months? well the simple answer is your F***ed, because you can be sure as hell that playtech wont step in to help you.

Looks like she's going to be paid in full - no installments. Either I or she can update you when the money hits the bank :D

Way to go Bryan! :notworthy Always love a happy ending and congrats to you BLONDIE on your big win!
I can't take the credit for this since as soon as I contacted Playtech, the ball was already in motion to have her paid in one lump sum.

Looks like it's a win of just under $1 m.

Congrats BLONDIE!!! I hope you invest it well

wowowwowow SWEET hit! No wonder they wanted to pay in installments. Can you imagine the interest the casino would have made after they recieved the funds from playtech? Or playtech themselves.....seems they also wanted to do installments at first.

Glad you stuck to your guns Blondie and contacted playtech regarding this!!!

PS: POST A SCREENSHOT!!! :D
