Last week I was on europacasino. I wanted to make a withdrawal. After checking my credit cards, the casino phoned me at home. They told me that their rules had changed, and they offered to pay me 2,000 on the 10,000 that I had won! Of course I refused. I had the reflex to make a screenshot of my account at the casino.
The next day I returned on the casino. My account was set to 0; a withdrawal of 8000 had vanished. The second withdrawal in 2000, had been "declined", but the funds had disappeared.
Until now, when we had problems with bonuses, casinos did not pay the bonus announced or refund the sums into the account for you to play.
For me, this is the first time I see a casino you confiscate your assets. Worse, they falsify the history of your accounts.
And Playtech, which is supposed to ensure the safety of players, lends itself to these cheating.
You do not believe me? Documents and screenshots at your disposal.
Can anyone give me the legal address of europacasino to file a complaint in his country. Thanks

Due to the high volume of bogus complaints made by newbie members, only Fully Registered members and above are given posting privileges in the Complaints' section. All registered members are permitted to "Pitch a Bitch" - but you have to be a Fully Registered member to post a public complaint.

Somehow I don't think Playtech have any involvement in 'falsifying' account history - they're the biggest service provider in the business and i'm pretty sure they abide by that one little law called the 'Data protection act'... :O

Never played at Europa but i'd see what the PAD comes up with before giving out any further info!
