Took their offer and got 10 freespins on Jungle Spirit because my £10 Paysafe deposit incurred an unforeseen fee 0f £0.48 and the minimum deposit for the offer was £10.

Sure, it's not what was offered, and I am a bit disappointed because the fee stopped me from getting the extra 40 spins, but what can you do?

Anyway, after playing my 10 spins I won £5.40 with my balance already at £11.22...so I should have had a £16.62 balance to play on anything I liked because the freespins are wager free. Nope!

My balance was showing £16.22 in NetEnt but only the initial £11.22 balance is showing everywhere else. Not happy with this as I hate NotEnt with a passion, definitely not a good start and no explanation why my balance has entered the Twilight Zone with every provider except the kings of 10x bonuses.

EDIT: And the £5.40 is not even usable on NotEnt even though it's displayed.

As for the fees, you're paying for them somehow at all casinos. All casinos are charged for processing, and like all businesses these costs are covered by their sales - somehow, somewhere. So you are paying for this in other ways at the casinos who are not charging you to deposit.

I say they should be accredited.

But i also think that they should be on a trial basis, I do not agree with the deposit fees. Live chat is friendly enough.

Site is clean, decent slot selection, not really noticed any bugs, did notice that you cant always close slots with the X button top right, i have to close browser, re=login to fix it, then the X close button works on slots, strange bug maybe. Maybe linked to a CSS issue.

One thing i did notice too was After depositing, i sent ID and i got confirmation that i sent them, but i didn't get confirmation from support that my account was now verified until today, i had to goto live chat and ask if my account was now verified.

So it seems they have issues with emailing us mere customers and letting us know.

I have deposited again today, didn't win, but i do think it is a decent casino. I know Skill On Net casinos get a bad rep, but i do think this one deserves a chance to shine for a trial period at least.

And if they can sort the email system out so we do actually get confirmations would be better too.

I have a similar issue with DrueckGlueck whereby I still don't know if I am fully verified.
Sent documentation months ago and have made several withdrawals, yet they've never confirmed if I am verified. Even when I asked live chat the only thing they would tell me was "the payments department will contact you if they require any more information..."

Why not just say "yes"? :confused:

Hopefully PlayOjo confirm for me, because it does seem a very good casino. I agree with accreditation.

Well they said that too for me, but they said My account is verified now and then they said that same line they told you.
 
Just one thing that I didn´t like so much:

It´s obvious that its not "just me" who gets this offer. I don´t want to sound harsh, but thats a straight up lie.

I highly suggest to refrain from such email headers, same goes for stuff like "you have 50 free spins waiting" when you actually have to deposit to get them (hasn´t happened with Ojo, but just something to remember for the future).
 
I got the 20 free spins on sign up won £20 odd on Jungle Spirit which was a good start! Got it up to £90 ish going around my fave slots like DOA etc, deposited £20 and eventually withdrew £76 got the email to say withdrawal requested within an hour and the next morning got the email to say withdrawal completed!

Then realized a day or so later I did not get the 20 free spins for my deposit or the free big wheel spin so messaged the rep on that thread and got an email with the free spins on Rainbow Riches and free big wheel spin.

Won £1 ish on RR and 40 spins on a Ninja game on the wheel, ended up with £6 odd played for ages with that (90p cashback earned on top lol) got up to £20 odd but eventually lost it back on you guessed it DOA.

I like the design of the site and the cashback going up as you play is nice - very visible which I like,
All my fave games on there and the big wheel experience was great for me though I logged in just now got another spin and zilch this time but thats fair enough.

I sent them. Not once, but 5 times. Three times by email, and twice uploaded them to their web page after multiple requests and chats. I've used the same document on another casino for larger sums without any problems.

And this was for a withdrawal of a bit over 20 €.

They still haven't paid me. I would not recommend them. They ignore most of emails sent, and chat although responds, hasn't actually got me paid. I wouldn't feel comfortable if I won big here.
