Just curious if anybody has made any progress with ojo on this yet? They even shut down my account..

Was told to bad essentially. No money but account is back.

There was a game called treasure keepers that was programmed with the wrong rtp after a game where a bunch of people won. Obviously the casino voided all wins for most people. A few lucky ones got to keep the winnings. At this point i am at the point of it is what it is.

Is there a group chat for all the people who got confiscated winnings from treasure keepers? Alot of the reviews on trustpilot keep parroting the same talking points about the maximum win multiplier and hot/cold sections. The maximum win multiplier wouldn't have anything to do with the malfunction if all the wins are accumulative so it seems silly for so many people to be referencing this.

Im just responding to replys at this point. Again i have accepted my fate and loss of the winnings lol. It is what it is.

Nope nothing. Shut down in every direction no one will help. Contacted my gaming commission they told me to call the police and report it. The sister site that I played on will not send me the RTP at the time of the malfunction/Glitch it's been a month now and they will not respond or anything. I'm hoping that someone somewhere takes into their own hands and gets ahold of a lawyer. However that hasn't came to light yet either.

Suggest you guys check out the recent paddy power court verdict. If programming error was involved in your case then the PP case may have set precedent requiring playojo to pay you out.
