I made a £25 deposit tonight. Got a message saying my deposit was pending and nothing happened, then the deposit screen came up again with all the same details.
So I assuming something hadn't worked, I entered my CVS number again and pressed deposit.

I then found I had a balance of £50. Which isn't a big problem. EXCEPT that I have a Deposit limit of £30.
So, how were two deposits totalling £50 allowed, with a deposit limit of £30 ??

Oh well, I'll play with £50. But on attempting to load a game, I got a popup saying " You can not play for real money at this time. Please contact the support crew". Which I did. Only to be told that my problem would be passed on to the relevant department. I'll assume I won't hear anything until after the weekend now :mad:

I've checked the 'upload documents' section in my account, and nothing is listed as requested.
In fact I had to submit some updated kyc documents in June, in order to make a withdrawal. So that shouldn't be the problem.

So I've now got £50 sat in my account, more than I should have been allowed to deposit, and I can't play it. :mad:
Can’t see the issue mate, isnt this a win win for you? If your worried about the amount withdrawal or adjust your responsible gambling tools that all responsible casino’s have at your disposal.

The problem is that I can't play any games. The money is just stuck there.

And as far as responsible gambling tools go.. They obviously don't work, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to deposit as much as I did.

I could try to withdraw. But no doubt I'll get hit with the 1x playthrough rule

It sort of got resolved. I got a standard withdrawal email this afternoon, saying my withdrawal was successful, even though I didn't make a withdrawal.

Upon login in tonight, I found that the £25 extra had been returned, I now have a balance of £25 and I'm able to load games.
So they've put everything right. But there's been no explanation
 
Used to have loads of trouble with deposits when i was with them,if you used a kicker code it would
show as pending but wasnt deducted from the bank and never showed up on the balance
Never got it resolved as I left them on principle, great casino but didnt like what I suspected

I use for many years Neteller and many times without problems. Made a Playojo account and wanted to deposit 100 euro to play with and 3.5 euro fee. A few minutes later 103.5 euro was gone from my Neteller account. (Screenshots) But nothing credited to my Playojo account. I received an email from Playojo that I made a succes deposit. (screenshot) I went to Playojo live chat, and they told me to send screenshots of my Neteller account. So I did that and made contact with Neteller, and they told me, 103.5 euro was sent to Playojo. My Playojo account is still empty. Playojo ignores my emails and their live chat can't do nothing... Can someone help me with this issue please? My playojo username: Smebber

has happend to me 3 times since Neteller started the pop up extra security stuff. was corrected from the casino each time. twice VS once Race casino
Playojo did indeed get the deposit just wasnt added
it does not bounce back to Neteller, they need to add it manually.

I've just had an email from Playojo stating that they have put a monthly loss limit on my account that is very low given the fact that I provided them evidence very recently that I can very clearly afford to play almost unrestricted. Is this a sign of things to come with other casinos?

Likely....Casumo did it with me to start with and when I said, even though no intention to send, if I sent in information would they raise it, they said no. No, even if iv 10k disposable income a month? (As example)Nope.

It is a first for me. What really made me think is that I demonstrated to them just a few days ago that I can afford to play with more than the limit they had set me (I had to send my bank statement in order to release a withdrawal) I would have thought that they would have wanted to give me enough rope to take it all back!

The UKGC needs to take a serious look at how the casinos are implementing the regulations, far too many times
they are only being actioned on at withdrawal time, I think often to delay payment in the hope the player will lose
(they must really miss that reverse button).Players are being treated appallingly and with contempt at a lot of
casinos,no other business would get away with it or want to treat customers like that.
On the other side other casinos are shit scared of sanctions being applied, they are going way overboard
with credit checks, loss and deposit limits.
The whole thing is a mess, we all need firm directives specifying actions to be taken and under what circumstances,
not leave it up to the casinos to deciede.
Honestly its just not worth joining any UK casino now, you have no idea
what checks and limits will be applied or when, they make it very easy to sign up for an account, electronically
verifying you and allowing deposits straight away,only later do the problems start, usually if you win.
I am down to just one account down (2 really but I am on a break on one).I have had to lower my deposit limits to stop

Giving me a £100 per month limit is a joke and could not have been based on affordability checks. If Playojo implement that same principle across the board in the UK it suggests that they are not far away from pulling out of the UK because it is no longer worth the hassle to provide for us
 
i remember during lockdown this year i used to get a telephone call from playojo every week wanting me to deposit,it was a nice lass from Cyprus since then things have changed for me where i limited the places i play at and thats getting smaller every month with new restrictions etc
 
Its been a year I played at PlayOJO, everythig seems smoothly. sometimes withdrawal takes time, but still okay. 8/10 for PlayOJO (my experience)
 
when ever i open up a game on Pc its opens inside the window (like in royalpanda) but the problem is it is just half of the screen so it ruins all experience @Krystal_EGO is there a way to fix this

Yep, it really does ruin the experience. They need a full screen option.

The best casino for this is 21casino, fullscreen means literally just the slot, right up to the 4 corners of the screen. Its glorious and ojo really need to make this an option.

No that's not a mistype - 10 spins at £.50 a spin bearing in mind I had a £8 bonus on a megaways slot on which the first spin paid £43 !!!!

I really don’t mind gambling and indeed losing but when you invest this much money in a slot and eventually get the bonus only for it to not work / can’t log back in I am sure you can understand this is VERY unfair/frustrating.

Then to be offered £4.50 worth of free spins bearing in mind the bonus was 10 spins at £8 a spin and could easily have paid hundreds ( the first spin alone paid £43 ) if not thousands is frankly offensive !!!!

Can you please look into this for me @Krystal_EGO as well as advise me of both your internal and external complaints procedures ?

I am sorry to hear this - I used to play with them a lot but stopped due to the appalling support.

What I don't understand is that it's a competitive industry and you would think they are trying to keep players ?? I really couldn't believe it - I put £2000 into a slot at £8 a spin, eventually got the bonus only for the game to crash / not reload - it took them around 10 days to come back to me (!!) and they offer me 10 spins on some slot at £.50 per spin !!!!!! Incredible !!!!
 
Not sure what to say really - just had an email offering me another 9 spins at £.50 a spin which I assume they think is a fair resolution to a player who was playing the bonus round of a megaways slot at £8 a spin which could have paid hundreds if not thousands !!!!

Does anyone know of an external complaint procedure ???
