A) this was way before i joined this forum so I did not even know there was a rep here till I saw the likes
B) At the time of being conned out of my win, i contacted the managers several times but instead they locked my account demanding unrealistic SOW requests.
C) The emotional stress the next day was unbearable, so of course i kicked up a fuss with playojo but they just werent interested in providing any assistance.
D) Why am still talking about this to this day? well because when you lose it stings but when you are suckered out of your win, its like a dagger in the heart.

I am not saying they put a gun to my head and forced me to play, I am ultimatley to blame for losing it back however am talking about the principle... do you really think a genuine casino with good intentions would do what they do?

I dont know if they are unlimited now or not as they have blocked my account and are requesting a signed letter and proof of ID for every single person who has paid money in my account that is visible in the bank statements given...

So yesterday morning, funds received from the payment processor. When I open my account, the transaction is still not showing in the completed withdrawals section.. Neither in the pendingn section. The only way to know when they approve your request, is that the transaction dissapeats for the pending section... I couldtnt care less if they take forever to update the info so it actually shows that the withdrawal is now completed unless... I can't make another withdrawal because their payment system tells me I cant withdraw at this moment becaue I have a pending withdrawak...

I can accept the fact that its fine for them to work with a payment system that is not worth a reliable company It's their problem..it looks unprofessionnql and makes their struggling support look even worst.

I used to have this issue at SM, it is now cleared as soon as they process the w/d, sometimes it would show locked w/d for 5 days preventing any new withdrawal from happening, not sure how they fixed but its good now.
