Not sure what to say really - just had an email offering me another 9 spins at £.50 a spin which I assume they think is a fair resolution to a player who was playing the bonus round of a megaways slot at £8 a spin which could have paid hundreds if not thousands !!!!

Does anyone know of an external complaint procedure ???

Was that Krystal or Cs replying to an earlier complaint.

You won't get anywhere with an adr, however any decent casino would get the game provider to either check the games outcome, or if that isn't possible get them to simulate the bonus and pay on that.

Have you Pm´d the rep Krystal the username so he can have a look at it ? was it his reply or CS ? offering 9 spins at .50 is joke if you ask me

I really appreciate the feedback guys - it was a CS rep who offered me the grand total of £4.50 !!!!!

I would await a reply from Krystal being honest, I imagine she understand better than customer service.
Having said that, surely this has been escalated above normal customer service so surely more than that should be offered. It's less than 1 x your stake ffs.

pretty sure they can contact the provider and have the round played out.

that said a megaways like bonanza can and does regularly pay out zero I’d not hold your hopes too high pal, yes your game is different but a bonus on megaways didn’t and won’t ever yeald a win.

Just to confirm Krystal agreed to put £1K in my account - in all honesty, I would have preferred the bonus but to be fair she did sort this out for me quickly.

All I would say is thank goodness for this board etc as I have the feeling without it I would still have my £4.50 in free spins !!
