Are you getting confirmation e-mails?

I got a pm here today from Karolina saying my withdrawal would be processed today but I usually

get an e-mail confirming it has been processed.

I use to get them for deposits too which I like because I save them until they match my bank

statement.

I was told by "live help" a week or so ago, that there was a problem with that aspect of the system.

Wish it was fixed.

Karolina sent me an PM being on top of things as usual. They have been having problems with their auto emails for a few weeks now.
 
I was driving in to work this morning and planned on asking if anyone had hit the big safe feature on Cash Bandits, I really like this game but feel that's probably impossible to get. I deposited $40 this morning after much consideration and actually hit it! 70 free games x9. I hate that I usually play $1.00 and am now playing .50 but...For once my $40 deposit may last me more than 15 minutes! I do notice on a few of my favorite games that they are extremely funky now so I don't even want to play them. I do however like the new lobby! I lost a couple of deposits over the weekend but then managed to cash out on a small bonus chip. Wish me luck that I at least get to have a little fun with this deposit!

I have noticed as well that some of their games are much tighter than others. SOme games you hit on some spin forever and nothing at all. I have also noticed what the OP said, some of the slots spin much slower than others because i can litrally see what is happening while others zooom thought and you dont know. So not sure whose end it is on by i have checked my entire computer and its nothing from my end. Also the other day i noticed buzzluck was down actually it was yesterday but today its back up.
 
Also, forgot to add that apparently they are having Processor issues yet again. Their 24 t hour policy not happening at ALl Star. Requested payout last week, still waiting on it at bank. Then yesterday requested another cashout. Today it was still sitting there pending so i cancelled it.

Thats not good enough for an accredited casino, Hopefully the Meister minions will sort out all this when players put all there withdrawal time frames in, This will at least give players an idea whats going on with withdraws and also Meister can update in the accredited section when enough info, Hopefully this will get the casino's arss in gear to sharpen up, Getting there withdraw times uped from 24rhr to 6 days will soon see a decrease in players, No need for it in this day and age.

Requested on 7th late afternoon (7th being Friday) and sent to your card early morning 11th Aug. The funds should clear tomorrow.

The very recent request you are referring to was pending for 28h before was cancelled. Please remember that there is time difference between our working hours and the system.

We are trying our best to process cash outs within 24h for all customers however sometimes this may take little longer. Especially when processing 100's of them on a daily basis one or two may slip though the net.

I do apologize about this slight delay. I'll make sure that any future requests will be handled more accurately.

ya i spoke with the live rep when i got the message they did not have copy of my card (i knew that wasnt true because you processed it). So the girl said not to worry she would fix it. That said, Karolina i do believe you try to help players, however, i think clarification is needed on withdrawal times because there is a difference between 24 hours and 6 days. I checked my account this morning and it actually posted on Thursday 8/13. This is what i usually see with my withdrawals no matter when i cash out it always posts on a thursday the following week.

We do process withdrawals in 24h from the request but then when cash out approved depending on which method you will use it may take 3-7 business days. From my experience usually quicker around 4 days.

Please remember that the processing companies have their own rules and card providers/banks may have different that's why we always advise 3-7 business days.

I think that really does help clarify especially for some players who dont read the fine print. There is a difference between when a player requests a cashout/withdrawal versus when it is actually deposited to players bank or cards. No argument that turn around times are a lot faster than they use to be for you guys. ALthough im going to give the slots a break for a few weeks, logged in this afternoon and blew $100 bucks in like 10 minutes lol lost it fast between All Star and Buzzluck (but thats the way it goes. And my academic semster is starting up today and soo much happening good in my life right now im just booked beyond capacity with no downtime (and before anyone comments on the academic semster yes im over 21 and in grad school lol)

I like this slot and i hate it at the same time. I never seem to get all the numbers im lucky to get 1 number right on all safe's. But the one that really gets me now is the stupid Cash Tree. I can easily burn through an entire deposit on that thing if i am not careful cause i easily get 20-30 NO WIN hits versus 1 dinky hit. Tonight i got smart again and after i hit on slots and i noticed it started to to take the money back by constant losing spins, and auto stopping on its own i cashed out.

Although u didnt have any direct customer complaints Karolina, all the posts going up about something going on would be complaints lol. Whenever i message customer service i get a run around like i did on the cash back for losses when no one was getting messages on their games in game so half the time i dont even both. just come here and post, we seem to get faster more intelligent responses lol

As always I take any complaint / feedback on board and if any problems we are trying to resolve it. In case of casino issue on player end it is very difficult to find out what may be wrong. Each PC and its settings are different. I usually try to get as much information I can, run some tests on our end and see if there is anything we could do.

If is an isolated case then more likely it will be related to customer PC / Internet connection.

However good we have this forum so you can always contact me directly. Customer Support staff may not have extensive IT knowledge but they usually will ask all relevant question and pass it on to someone who is an IT expert.

Thats exactly my point. From you we get intelligent thoughful investigated responses. Sometimes from the reps on the help button in game, not so much...I often wonder if the customer service always reports issues when we ask them for help.

CS advisor should take any issues on board and report it to upper management. As they have to deal with numerous different queries they are not experts in all fields unfortunately. Saying that there is no excuse for them not to speak to more experience staff if any problem occur.

QUick clarification, the other day when i requested a pay out and other times, it has no said 24 hours to approve, it has recently said 2 days. I need to screenshot that at some point. This is FYI ONLY.

Here we go again,

I was going to play at LuckRed this afternoon and of course, my card

was declined. They must have a new processor because I have never

had trouble depositing in their casinos. I tried twice with the card

directly.

Then live help said to try "ezvoucher"...... nope, that didn't work either.

With "Paste&Pay" getting rejections from my bank and now CWC group

getting the same, I honestly don't see how I can continue to play

anywhere other than 3 Dice. And that site is getting harder and harder

to deposit into too.

Seriously frustrated with this whole thing!
