Hi guys!

Does anyone have experience with this casino? I won some money earlier this week and did a cashout on tuesday. It still hasnt been processed. I contacted their support (they only have email support, no phone or live chat) on wednesday and they still havent replied, and its been 48 hours now. Is there any possible way to contact them?

Hope someone can clear this up.
 
Unfortunately, I've recently been on the receiving end of some fairly slack support from these guys. I'd be interested in hearing how this works out because I did wonder if my experience was unique.

Well, still no reply from their supportteam or rep. However, i did contact their owner EveryMatrix Ltd and they said they will find a solution to this. Fingers crossed :thumbsup:

They are not own by Everymatrix. They just use their platform and license.

They are listed on one of the smaller stock exchanges in Stockholm. Here is a link:

Hmm.. This is what i got from Everymatrix support:

I am contacting you on behalf of EveryMatrix in regards to your email. We will go ahead an look into the delay with your payout and get back to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience in the matter.

Anything payment related will involve every matrix and I wouldn't be surprised if that is the source of the actual problem. In my case it was but playhippo just made the whole thing worse by almost flat out ignoring me.

Oh ok, now i get it. Did Playhippo ever get back to you? And how long did it take?

They say on their website:

We aim to respond as soon as possible and no later than within 24 hours. If we for some reason would answer later than that we might send a little surprise to your gaming account.

I wonder what i will get in this case :rolleyes:
 
Yes you can safely ignore that :) I ended up emailing them daily and after one week I got a reply with some fob of along the lines of it's not our fault we were waiting for every matrix. As I pointed out at the time...even a one line response to say "we are aware and dealing with" would have been suffice...but complete radio silence....extremely poor.

My personal issue was actually dealt with by every matrix in the end (not in my favour) which left me wondering exactly what playhippo were....some kinda brand of every matrix who seemingly have no control over decisions taken by every matrix.

I assume you are a UK player right?

Wow.. what can i say. It doesnt sound like PlayHippo is the most serious casino out there. Just my luck tho, been running bad lately, but won some of the losses back on PH. I guess i will need to verify my identity aswell, but thats kinda hard when i have no idea who i should send the docs to (i can just imagine how long that verificationprocess will take...).

Im norwegian :)
