That's where you and a host of others are getting it totally wrong. The casino sent me an attachment stating I had played up all my funds and later lied by stating I had forfeited my own deposit, bonus and winnings. The way I played my bonus was a separate issue. The casino does not dare to address the issue of the attachment nor can they rightfully claim I forfeited my own deposit, bonus and winnings. In other words though I made a mistake in the use of the bonus I am asking for an apology because they first lied by stating I played back my own funds and later stating it was me who forfeited the bonus.

So you complaining about a Casino for a 20$ deposit and even got your deposit back, but are coming over me, when i deposit few thousands ... where the Casino does not care at all to compensate me

In all fairness you should have asked the Mod to change the Subject of this Thread as its not fair to PlayHippo to be stated as untrustworthy

I will be asking Max to look into the issue as it is untrustworthy first by saying I played back my funds and then saying I forfeited my own deposit and bonus. In your eyes lying does not amount to untrustwothiness so I do have a good grasp where you are coming from. Whether one deposits 20 or a few thousand does not matter as long as one's integrity is intact. Does my earning a salary much larger than you make me a better person? I am afraid not. If you think that lying that I played back my own funds and then lying by saying I forfeited my own deposit is right just say so.

earning a salary more or less as someone does not make you a better person but I personally think that im more picky because i deposit more .. but also this does not make me a better person -- has actually nothing to do with that

its just i want a certain kind of service - if i dont get it ...im complaining and this has nothing to do with beeing selfish or self centred - thats was my whole point because you said, i dont deserve a support from a casino !!!!

Surely when they said to you that you voided your bonus, they were simply pointing out that you did so by breaking the terms, its not a lie I don't think ?? The truth is your action caused the money to be forfeit and I'm sure thats all they were trying to say to you, not accusing you of anything. I could be wrong though, hard to say without seeing the exact communication but it really does seem a bit of an OTT reaction to me.
