PlayFortuna auditing my bets

Hello! I've created an account in Play Fortuna casino Nov 12, 2021. I requested withdrawal Nov 23. The next day I was told by phone call that I couldn't make withdrawal and play games by Evolution provider until audit of my bets would be carry out by Evolution. Is it possible or casino just suspend withdrawal under this exсuse? Were there any similar issues?

They can do audit but rarely do it, normally for large payments, whatcwas the cash out?

Hello, aceking123! I wanted to withdraw all money around 3280$ from my account that were there at that moment. The total sum of all my deposits from the moment of creating the account was approximately 8450$. The casino refers to the audit that is made by Evolution, that's why the casino can't tell me how much time it may continue. What is the normal time for such procedure like audit? How long time should I wait before complaining?

Nar I wouldn't think that is normal, I'm taking it your fully verified ?
That's not a big sum & clearly your deposits surpass that anyway.
I've not lookedcat the site but seems a stalling tactic.

Yes, I was fully verified on the third or forth day after registration. Currently I talk to them in chat and they force me to wait. So now I just want to know what are the next steps would be correct from my side to solve the problem? Should I wait for ten days or it's not necessary to wait anymore and it's time to complain here or to 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming (master license holder)?

Not the best license for one, sit & wait, looks like another dodgy site tbh.
Not really heard of them but the licence has alarmbells ringing

Yes, I've got it now after do some research that Curaçao licenses does not present security guarantee. So what would you advise to do right now?

Your hands are tied, I would just hold out & wait, you have little choice, it could well mean you won't see a penny & say bye to your deposits. But hopefully it won't be the case.

I'm well aware that it's may be 50/50 chance in money refund, but it's not enough reason for me just to sit and wait. If I can do something right now than I prefer action. For how long time is it normally to sit and wait before complaining? May be it should be better now to contact Play Fortuna representative right here in a private message?
