Who gives a shit
I found this video on YouTube pretty odd, this guy is making some pretty high stakes on NETENT live roulette he eventually losses everything £34,000.

But as per the many YouTube comments on the video the ball starts acting very strangely.

Why don't they have cameras underneath the table to help with players fears?

Let me know what you think? Either way it's a fear and many of us have been here before I'm sure.

I'm not a roulette player, but have watched it quite a few times. I agree, the ball does sit rather jerkily in the number slots - normally I see it jump out a few times before it settles. Just seems to settle rather quickly on those numbers!

However, I am sure they are audited and equipment checked, especially being such a big provider?

Just my thoughts!

Is it even a 'live' wheel? It looks rather pseudo as if the dealer is superimposed on it, check out her series of arm actions as she throws the ball in. But to hit 4 times an uncovered number is not likely but it can happen - I can see why people think it's sniffy though.

This is just the tip of live games online said many times now, watching that was just brutal ive been playing for years & never seen any roulette spin like what happened there & did it again , im thinking the same as dunover that the wheel is already set up such a way , this would sit pretty nicely with other things like , dropped connection , black out at higher stakes , always before the ball lands . get the tinfoil hat out , no different from RNG roulette which is a slot disguised as roulette to many times certain things happen.

I'm not usually one to join the tinfoil hat brigade but this looks very suspect. The balls moves against physics on several spins to land on the handful of spots without chips placed. Glad I never play at these live places. This is an upsetting video to watch. £34,000 in minutes on what appears to be a jacked roulette..

Roulette is the one game all live casinos want players to play. As its a sure fire way to always come out on top. The house edge takes care of that. And sure anything could happen or be fixed with an online environment but would NetEnt (who seem to be the provider for this game) put everything at risk to deliver bent live games ? I would say it would be insane to even consider it. Especially with Roulette as the casino is guaranteed to come out on top over time. 34k though in one session no wonder the player was pissed off!

You win some, you lose some. This same player won similar amounts (if not more) playing the same roulette game during other sessions. Was it rigged then too?

Think about it like this: if you were as big as NetEnt, and rigged your games, no one would question it or be any wiser because you're a well known game provider. However if NetEnt did indeed rig their games would they really do so in an "obvious" way? Of course not. If they rigged games they'd make damn sure no one knows.

I don't play roulette so I can't say anything about the video but Paul (rocknrolla) plays it ALOT so tbh I'd think he would've noticed if it was actually rigged. Well, he was drunk during this recording session but maybe afterwards ..

There has been some odd happenings around Paul though before as well. Two times now he's made a huge bet to roulette, and just as the game round would start he'd mysteriously get disconnected as if he had no internet. Yet refreshing the game would get him back in game immediately but he would, of course, not win because the bet didn't register. He's been in contact with NetEnt about this who've basically told him to bugger off because his bet wasn't registered which means he didn't participate in the round so it doesn't matter what the end result would've been if he had played.

bait&hook strategy. the casino let you win sometimes because they know you get addicted and then finally they take all your money.
( the same strategy with slots )

His initial bet was 300$... he cashed out then reversed some of it and then. won again. He cashed out twice I think up to 20k and left 1200$ ......of which he then got up to 34 k.....and then he blew it....he was going for a 100k....he says he would have never bet so much for the fact that there was 20k already being processed..and that his dream was to get to 100k cashout.

I don't think the wheel is rigged...I've been to the land casinos where that ball does some really fancy footwork before landing on a number.....even like the ball jumping the way it does at the 2 20 mark. Nothing extraordinary.

I totally agree, I think the OP used to write headlines for the Daily Mail, as when you uncover the true story this streamer was betting stupid amounts to try and show off to his followers. I would put my house on the fact it is not rigged, as a multi-million dollar company like NetEnt would have nothing to gain from shaving a bit of money off players with rigged games.

I wonder if this streamer has paid royalties to the company who made the film Rock'n'rolla? Since he is using all the graphics from the film in his opening credits. My guess is probably not...

I can agree on the fact that it does look a bit strange, but as others have commented, I have seen this guy win huge amounts on the roulette before, was it rigged then? I think not..

To me it looks like the framerate on the video feed from the casino is not the best, could that have contributed to it looking a bit weird?

If you win, you start thinking about lucky underwear (which you obviously cant wash ever again)
If you lose, you know shit is rigged and you are being conned out of your hard earned cash.

I find his gambling appalling.
I would gladly take his bankroll and spend it on the needy.
Sorry to say so but it is just ridiculous.

Like my budget is around 200-300 Euro a month to make a comparison with him.

If you have so much money, why waste it like that.

I have this dream that whenever I would win the lotto or win a significant amount of money, my goal will be to make as many people happy as I can by helping them out in any way I can.

How cool would it be to feel Santa Claus for a day.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

It does look appalling but you could also say from a £300 deposit and 20k already withdrawn and processed that it doesnt look as bad? I would never dream of depositing anything near this amount to play casino games with!

I have also donated near five figures to my huntingdons charity over the last two years so I do give a percentage of my winnings and wages to good causes!

Seriously I think people have a cheek telling you what you should do with your own money... keep it up man , I enjoy your streams

Also your streams always go somewhere , big money or busto ! which is fun to watch and you obviously get a buzz from that too

That is great and I have to applaud you for that.
As I do a lot for charity here in Ireland too, I just love to help people in many ways. :)

I have watched you a few times and I just felt I could not comprehend the stakes you are playing.
I am sure you are genuine and as you can see in other threads on this forum I always defended the streamers by saying I enjoy watching them.
But I rather watch people that play in my own bet range of €1.00-€5.00 max a spin depending on the balance.
So that is maybe why I feel your stakes are so excessive but hey if you can afford it who am I to say they are way too high.

I might have misjudged you and I am man enough to apologise for that mate!
Sorry for that!

Maybe if I had watched you longer or more often I would have gotten a better impression of you as a person.

I tried the streaming thingy myself very shortly but I dropped it very quickly as I just cannot enjoy my gambling session because you always have to interact with your viewers and keep them happy too.
In that perspective I already respect streamers as I rather log in, deposit, have a coffee and later on a glass of wine or beer and a smoke.
Fully enjoying my session in peace! :p

Nevertheless, the things one can do with 34k tho.. ^^

Cheers,

Mark.

You can only judge on what you info you have and I would probably have seen it the same way so no need to apologise as even though I see the 34k as actually a win, it was obviously still a massive amount of money and can come across as such a waste and disrespect to the value of money!

I only go truly degenerate with accumulated winnings ;)

Cheers mate!

Its your money no one can or should judge you on what you do with it, nor should they try tell what stakes you should bet. If your happy high rolling then who am I to say dont do it!

You could be worth millions and so such bets would be pittance. So if you or anyone is happy doing 35k in a session then why not.

What you find appalling is fine. But you cant go preaching to others as to how they spend there money. What if the guy is worth millions ? and in any case he as anyone is entiled to spend there own money as they wish. And whats it to you or anyone if he plays his own money or what he spends it on ? Its his money anyway. Good on you for having your own dreams and set ways of doing things. But dont try push that onto anyone else. If he wants to blast 35k in one session then good on him.

And whats saying he feels its a waste ? what if he or anyone enjoyed there session win or loose. Live and let live is what I say.

I remember walking into a casino years back and doing 25k in a session. But I could afford it then. it was my choice. Had a great night ... the optimal word being "choice" as to what others thought if i was foolish or mad or what ever I couldn't give a rats ass as It was my money to do with as I want.

Fully agree with you Deeplay on this. I would like to make clear i really like lotusch here from the forum but that post was not really nice.

I could add if the the day came would you really do all those things? puts it bit in perspective like judging other people how they spend their money.

To me it sounds more like jealousy than good sense ;)

Nevertheless hope you don't take me the bad way lotusch as said i do not have any agenda with you. But i highly respect Paul (rocknrolla) he is a nice genuine guy and goes degenerate. He makes a smaller amount bigger and then goes crazy sometimes why not....:p

PS SORRY MARK i have just seen your post later on , i only reacted on the quote from Deeplay. Nice style there mate fair play.

People are entitled to gamble what they like, provided it's their money and disposable to them! It's all relative.....if someone who's loaded decides to blow a few grand that's no different to me losing a few hundred

If I let my mother know I've gambled £50 don't even think for one second I'd be too old for a clip around the ear either :oops:

Someone earning a nice living isn't going to be doing £1 bets for long, and certainly not consider a £500 withdrawal a triumph.

Sure we can say 20 or 30K could be put to better use for a charitable cause, but that's not for us to decide. Gambling is degenerate by nature so we may as well pack the Roulette table away and put the cards back in their deck and take up knitting

If someone has built up from a few hundred to a few grand and decides to lose it, they've only lost a few hundred as far as I'm concerned. It's up to the individual to live with the regret - but hey, that's gambling
