Playboy merge with intercasino

    So like most of us I have deposited and played at both these casinos. Few days ago i get a email from playboy stating they are closing up and my playboy rewards has turned into so much cash at intercasino. With follow these steps to claim. There is no way of claiming this the code does not work. I know intercasino is at best with cs going crazy with this move but still chat does not work email does not work. I cant view the game rep in cm site for some reason.
    Anyone else have this problem or is it just a matter of intercasino having to many of us moving our accounts over. Its not a huge amount im talking about but i look at it as if the same as using our loyalty points at a rtg or mg casinos so why not get something back from out deposits and losses.

    Probably a case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing. Codes have been sent out to players, but no-one at Playboy thought to coordinate the process properly with Intercasino first, so they now have a ton of players who have codes that should work, but do not.

    It could be quite complicated, I believe the codes are protected so that they can only be used in specific accounts. This presupposes that Playboy and Intercasino have got together and compared player data to see which players at Playboy have accounts with Intercasino.
    If the codes simply worked full stop, they could end up being posted and used by players who were never entitled to a payout due to the merger. This has happened before with bonus codes, and it is quite common now for codes to be locked to specific accounts, so that even if they are shared, they still only work for the intended recipients.

    This could take some time to work out, but at least the two main Intercasino brands have reps here. Ryan for the dollar version, and Jane for the UK Pound version. Either could probably help with the other country specific versions.

    There has been talk that Cryptologic may be about to lose all it's customers, and this is yet another nail in the Crypto coffin. Other than Intercasino, I do not know of any other brand that still uses Cryptologic.

    There is surely considerable benefit to Intercasino in remaining with Cryptologic, they could have a monopoly on this software now, and any player who mourns the decisions of former Cryptologic casinos to switch software can always join Intercasino instead of going with the switch.

    Playboy did email me back. Im sure there are going to be many glitches for intercasino over this move. They are looking into this and will get back to me.
    Thats all i can tell you at this moment soon as i hear more from them i will post for the rest of us to be able to claim as they call it our bunny rewards.
    I for one will miss playboy casino. Between their cs and rep their team seemed more then outstanding to help with any issues you had.

    i send them an email and asked how things gonna be with my bunny money.
    It was not allot i think it was 8k points not that much but was saving for a nice chipset.

    2 days later the doorbell rang :eek:and delivery brings an tabletop/ 500pcs chipset extra cards and some hats. i mean i live in the netherlands didn't expected that for such a short delivery time.

    i like the chips they are sooo nice silver inlay heavy

    surprised definitely.

    way to go playboygaming.
