Playamo's support is awful

    Playamo confiscated winnings after they say i vilolated the wager max bet although it clearly said in the bonusinfo i have completed the wager correctly. So mixed messages, site says "wager done" and funds avaliable for withdraw, but terms say's somethings else. When i wrote to them at live support after they confiscated the winnings, since i was upset over it they closed the chat three (!) times :mad: leaving me with unaswered questions. They even removed the livechat box so i was unable to even connect to it.

    They continued to reply by mail tho, but dodging all the supportrelated questions and not sending me the log to prove i violated the rule.

    I accept if i violated the maxbet but i do not accept the lack of service and support shutting conversations down when it gets to hot for them to talk. I was not rude or anything.

    I also had trouble before withdrawing with the support, i asked for help to withdraw but suddenly it was very complicated since visa/bank didnt work so i had to set up a new skrillaccount wich seemed strange since they have the options on the site but "suddenly" were not working.

    If you want a site with alot of games like playamo i, atleast in my opinion would look elsewhere instead of playamo. :mad:

    What are you opinions about this casino? Please share your thought's. I have seen alot about their support on the web not being helpful.
