Playamo Missing Deposit

Hi all,
Last tuesday 25th december i got some small money left in my Bitpay account, around 1.50 euro worth of btc, i deposit it to my Playamo Account but it never reached it, every day i go to chat to ask them too sort it out every time they tell me sure they are working on it takes 1 hour, non stop lying to me, we are 4 days further and still my small amount is not added, i'm getting tired of it, Also they blame me for having Multiple Accounts which is completely a false blame too me! never ever i had more then 1 account with them, i hope there's a Playamo Rep who can fix this issue, and tell them to stop saying i have duplicate accounts completely un-true!

I'm kindly want to make you understand few things:

1) Mate, PLEASE understand - I'm not casino support. I'm ready to help in issues like 'my money was confiscated for nothing' ; 'casino applied really strange terms to me ; 'casino misleading customers and making reputation of Direx worse. When it is about 'I do not received bonus after my deposit' , or ' Where is my deposit' - please, use CS. I understand it's can be frustrating and some brands - but it is correct process.

2) I see your deposit was 0.00029 . Please refer to /payments at playamo casino (I do not want to give direct link):
Min deposit is: 0,001 BTC

So you simply made deposit to 'nowhere', system does not count deposits less than possible and do not credit.

After all, I kindly ask you to understand (I want to say I'm not blaming you or anyone else by anything, it is just my thoughts):

After you did not read correct and understood how payments work, you spent a lot of yours time, a lot of time from CS guys, a lot of time for management (because I'm sure they passed info, just things become slower close to NY), a lot of my time. For 1.5 EUR lot of people including you spent so much time. Is this worth it?

I'm sure in the end they will be able to refund your 0.00029, but please allow them some time considering what time of the year it is.

oke apoligize for this i fully understand u but i was not aware of the min deposit amount;-) But Why playamo Blame i have duplicate accounts im sure u can check that when i ask support they cannot provide proof

Hey Niels!

It is not false acquisitions.

I believe your account was hacked some day (not sure which), like many others (I guess it is bruteforce). Therefore their system shows a lot (I mean really a lot) duplicates for you.

So:

a) Please change your passwords to be safe, and please make passwords strong (because bruteforce basically for passwords like 123qwe and etc).

b) Please communicate with CS team of the brand, not with me.
