Casino Complaint play-online.com doesn't pay winnings

I have a problem with this casino Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) they do not want to proceed my withdraw even if past 6 days from the moment when I submited on 2 March.They answer to one of my e-mails and apologize for the situation created,but did not solve my problem.

I even tried to contact Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta www.lga.org.mt where they have license to solve this but they don't answer either.


If anybody can help me please let me know.Thank you!

You have to wait . Maybe they need some days to proceed your withdrawal . What did they told you in the email ?

They answer one time ;

"Dear Mircea,

Following your acceptance of our prior apology, kindly note that we effectively had to re-submit the withdrawal.

Since then I send 6 e-mails and none of this 6 doesn't have an answer from them.They ignore all my e-mails even if is 9 March and my withdraw is since 2 March and they have specify on their website that any withdraw using Moneybookers will be proceeded in 48 hours wich is lie of course.

Guess what? they do not call me ,and my withdraw is still going to proceed "as soon as possible" even if it past 6 days and on their webiste is wrote that they will proceed a withdraw in 48 hours ( 2 days).


This is warning for anybody who wants to try their 100% deposit bonus up to 200 euro,it might that your withdraw not to be proceeded and stay "as soon as posible" for a long time.
