Exclusive Promotion Play it... or Pay it Forward at Lottomart!

In a sea of mediocrity, decent to see a casino/rep engage. They don't have the highest RTP's on the market (then again, bar a few places in the UK, who does) but their relatively frequent offers make a dent in it

And, based on current experience, you click cashout and you don't start sweating that your 50 quid deposits will invoke a random SOW/weird request.

Cheers pal. Let’s be realistic, one of those requests will indeed trigger the dreaded docs request - that’s the game these days. But we hopefully make it easier until that happens!

Quick question Mark but why should it? It’s been said before that arbitrary thresholds should be nothing more than markers to assign risk of customers, not an automatic trigger for documentation requests. It’s entirely feasible for someone to hit a threshold and also be deemed a low risk customer. Why lose yourself custom needlessly when a customer is obviously little risk?

Obviously affordability is also a consideration but it also remains somewhat at your discretion. A lot of casinos are setting net loss limits to customers based on their willingness to provide documentation. E.g no documentation and you’re capped at 2k net loss limit per year, for example.

Customers should not be completely alienated because they do not wish to be intruded upon by a casino and if things are going to get better for UK players, surely casinos can’t keep bending over backwards to the whims of the regulator forever. Otherwise the bottom will completely fall out of the industry and that’ll be terminal for both the casinos and the ability of the customer to casually gamble.

Thanks for the question, but I feel like a throwaway comment I made has ended up with me expected to answer an industry-wide question that me or anyone else I know in the industry can’t answer? At least not yet?

I fully appreciate your position and reasoning but my comment was merely stating, without understanding the personal account status or financial risk etc, that at some point you will hit a documentation request at a UK casino. That’s my understanding!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure there are exceptions if you deposit small amounts infrequently over a long period, but my comment was made based on the experience I have with players in the forum who like to play frequently. I’m sure even recreational players will be tasked to provide SOW docs too if they hit triggers, depending on the casino.

Apologies for the vague response but each casino is different and as I mentioned it was purely a throw-away comment based on my personal opinion.

No shit, can I play in lottomart casino Novomatics if I'm ready to drop 1k a day? All fully legit, but I won't provide fuck all to anyone? Simply yes or no. No offence to anyone.

Some added shit here:

No piss about with my cash outs in Casumo or N1 Casino style.

Completely understand why it needs to be vague Mark, but my (and a lot of others) comments on this issue across the forum are born out of fear for the future of the online gaming industry. It’ll surely come to a point where it’s no fun for anyone and the industry just eventually dies a death. No one wants that.

Anyway enough digression. You and your casino are awesome and that’s all that needs to be said.

Merry Christmas ?

No. No offence taken.

I’d say that dropping 1k into a casino in the space of 24 hours would be the exact circumstance to request documentation…and if I was running a casino that’s exactly what I’d do. That isn’t casual low roller money.

Yeah I know mate... that's why once a month spinning slots and hitting tables in rel casino, but would like at times to have a spin on some not lowered shit Book of Dead

If you really wanted to run dirty money through a casino, you wouldn't pick a licensed joint - it's be offshore Crypto's all the way. Still to see all the stats around casino's being the equivalent of HSBC hoarding Mexican drug money to warrant asking players for SOW's for 50 quids. Probably because it's disproportionate at best.

Marks just confirmed: deposit £49.99 and you'll be grand :p

I don't like crypto stuff. I'm prob to thick about that concept, I prefer to feel and see real money lying about in my pocket. All I need is to give me a play that I want, there no a single penny I'm my income received in any dodgy way

Okay Mark you were looking for feedback on your site.

So far everything i posted was great about running smoothly , fast withdrawals etc.

Now time for a bit of negative feedback. No big deal for me but really don't think the bonus structure is great or particularly fair.

I deposited £25 last night and was not particularly looking for a bonus but somehow accepted the £5 bonus. No big deal as it says 40x wagering so £200. All fair enough. But way it is set up each spin is 89% cash 11% bonus.

So been playing Happy Holidays for hours. Had lot of playtime. But basically every 30p spin it takes 3p off the bonus wagering. So for a 1000 spins at 30p a spin costing £300 it really only takes £30 from bonus wagering. So a £5 bonus with 40x wagering at £200 will actually take you about £2000 in wagering to clear the bonus if you are winning. Just does not seem a great system.

Not a major complaint but having played for hours you would expect a £5 bonus to be well clear not still have £140 wagering left.

Thanks for the feedback Paul.

What you describe is, as far as I am aware (I don't play with bonuses personally), how all dual-wagering systems work. When you're playing with cash and bonus only the bonus part counts towards wagering. I agree it's a not the best when taking a low percentage bonus, but what's the alternative? Have cash counting towards the bonus wagering too? Happy to look at other options but we obviously need to protect ourselves from bonus abuse. :)

Fair enough Mark i don't play with bonuses on deposits normally either only because i had accepted it i realised. So i am no expert just think it seems crazy but will make sure not to accept bonuses in future. But even with dual bonuses if it was 20% bonus would at least expect 20% bonus money each spin not 10%. Anyway no big deal i never use bonuses normally and will be making sure not to again.

On a positive note who would expect to actually play happy holidays for hours ans still have double starting balance. certainly giving playtime.

Good afternoon guys.

Firstly, thanks to everyone for taking part. We've given out bucket loads of £10 bonuses, I hope some of you made a nice cashout from it.

On the #PayItForward aspect, my quick calculations suggest @pinnit2014 got 7 nominations for a £35 cash bonus.... well, f*ck it, it's almost Christmas.. there's £100 cash in your account buddy. Play it, or withdraw it and buy beer and cakes. Whatever floats your boat. :)

Merry Christmas everyone!

Mark
