Thanks Jon enjoy the insults whike you can as once i hit 50 next year for some unknown reason i will not be making anymore references to age lol.I am at my peak of perfection and have an IQ of almost 130, so enjoy the compliment, it is genuine one, intended and not a hint of sarcasm to be seen, really, I do see you as a friend, despite the regular insults (which I secretly enjoy, so keep them coming!)

Just a quick query please, If I sign up as a UK player, is the majority of the KYC done automatically or will I need to send in a load of docs?

Like all UK regulated businesses I can’t say you won’t ever be asked for documentation, but there isn’t any requirement on registration if we can verify you electronically.
Once you hit specific limits, be it loss or value of deposits, you will have to provide more info manually I’m afraid. There’s no getting away from that wherever you play.

I’m disappointed this took so long, an hour is simply not good enough! ?Okay deposited 25 yesterday took bonus and lost it as expected but lasted a while and everything was smooth.
So did small deposit today. Played for ages and eventually made a withdrawal at 4.04 PM . Got the email at 5.08PM to say withdrawal processed and winnings on way to bank. So checked bank as it was withdrew to Mastercard and sure enough already in bank.
So about an hour from requesting withdrawal to being in bank. Really quick and all went smooth so will definitely play there more often.
