Platinum play removed my gaming/banking history

Hi all,
I am a player at platinum play for wel over a year
Made more than enough deposits.
It took me over 4 months to get my balance over the 150-200 credits
2-3 months ago i had some luck won a bit for the first time since i joined that casino.
I played a tournament and won 1200 credits.
I lost the 1200 ten times faster than i won them.
but now the strange thing.
after i lost a awful lot at the jokers of platinum play i did not play for 2 weeks or so and the frist time i started the casino i got a casino update. as we all do i thought...
I made a deposit and noticed that all game settings where gone bets i used etc....
so i went to my banking history just to see that i never played before at platinum acording to my history i did not have any prior deposits.
i went to live chat they told me that it was due to an update from MG.
is a lie because all other casinos had updates and there my history is stil available.
i went playing and noticed that all games act as if i never played them before.....
proof i received when i started Thunderstruck 2 the great hall of spins was empty.
Now i played thunderstruck 2 there EVERY single time i made a deposit and now its empty as if i never played it before......
I went to live chat and asked them how that is possible

and this is what the BASTARDS AT RETARDED PLATINUM PLAY part of the retarded fortune lounge group told me.....................

My acount and history including banking/game achievements etc is removed because they put my acount on a other server.due to that everything is removed.
i told them that i wil not accept such a thing because i did not play for 17-18 months and only lose to lose all achievements etc.
i told him i dont take a i dont know as answer but that is what he told me
WE DONT KNOW!
and the WANKER closed the chat.

now my deposits go into the thousands at platinum play in total.
and i am not alowed to ask why they did what they did.
but its obvious..... it happend after i started to win for the first time since i joined platinum play.
after that i lost even more than before.......
they agree i had a bad run
they agree my history is removed.
made a screenshot of the chat so the wanker cant denie what he told me.
They just dont want to tel me WHY.
so i lost and all my money and i dont have a history left and my achievements are gone
with no reason at all.
they better fix it.

You have a legitimate complaint.

It's a shame you had to carry on like a blubbering fool and use DISGRACEFUL words like 'r*tarded' to get your point across.

Did you contact the rep here? Nah.....why do that when you can post a bunch of insults instead! It's a great way to get others to help you! :rolleyes:

hmmmmmm....

i just checked my play and deposit histories and they are all zeroed out too. i just played there a couple of days ago. what? now it looks like i have never played there. so this means that my 10 or so deposits in the past 3 months mean nothing. its like starting over.

it seems like it takes me at least 10 deposits at any casino to get a win/withdrawal. now that my deposit history is gone i bet it will take at least another ten deposits to win anything there.

i dont think i will make anymore deposits until i see if this has happened to others here at casinomeister.


*oops spoke too soon, my deposit history is still there. i had to go back and check deposits. my play history is zeroed out on all games, which seems normal at all my micro casinos. lol i just wasted time doing this post. sorry

While I agree that if your money is actually gone you deserve it back (if it's your deposit that vanished [not due to your dodgy play]) but seriously, don't be a dick about it. Treat CS reps with respect and they will be much more likely to help you out. I understand your frustration but it's not exclusively the CS rep's fault. So just chill out and take things as they come.

It apears as if the players are the one that should be careful what they do/say instead of the casino's?
If this would have happend to me it would be a lot worse.

A PLAYER HAS NO OBLIGATION towards the casino if the casino/software makes a mistake.

one that admitted mistakes where made. that indeed this should not have happend.
one that told them they would fix it and they where sorry it happend.
all funds lost due to this issue wil be credited to their casino acount by monday is what he(CLIFF) said
thats a lot better than a ERIN that closes the chat without any explanation.

We had to migrate our Platinum Play casino to another server. Unfortunately historical game and financial data could not be transferred but was still retained on our system. Players who requested this information were supplied with the historical data from our archive. During the migration process, current account balances were not affected at all and I have checked Mirvel's account and there are no funds which were not transferred.

Due to a glitch, some game statuses were not transferred as well but this problem was recitified soon after we became aware of it.

I have checked all correspondence and communication we had with Mirvel and yourself regarding the issue and it is a combination of Mirvel being unhappy about the historical data that had disappeared and the fact that she lost (played out) the 1200 credits she had won in a tournament previously. We apologise for the inconvenience she experienced with the historical data not appearing in her migrated account data. Unfortunately it was beyond our control. If she requires this information we can supply it when she contacts us. Please ask Mirvel to log into her Platinum Play account as I credited her a bonus for this inconvenience.

I have also checked our chat system and the chat was not closed by our operator. Chat systems depend on internet connectivity and can be affected by system congestion, etc. In this case it seems that Mirvel's chat was disconnected due to an overload of chats on our side. We apologise for this too.

This is actually a rather SERIOUS matter, and it seems the NORM, rather than a "glitch" for this to happen when the server is changed.

The reason for this being even MORE serious now is that game status is no longer mere "eye candy", as on games like Tomb Raider II, the bonus round is saved for by collecting passports, and can only be collected when the last one is achieved. Having passports wiped out due to a server change DOES represent a "loss of credits" for the player, rather than a mere "loss of eye candy". With ever more games being introduced that have some element of saving "tokens" for something better, this is a SERIOUS oversight from Microgaming, and it is THEY who should be developing a better server migration procedure for the operators.
Given the above, there is now a need to INFORM PLAYERS that this is going to happen (the server migration), so that they do NOT find out when they log on and see all past achievements and history erased, which tends to make them feel they have been deliberately "shafted" by a decision to "wipe their account", which they may feel is an attempt to throw them off their game, or punish them for "winning too much".
Bear in mind that LAND casinos will often DELIBERATELY attempt to "spook" a player that is on a "lucky streak", using tactics to distract their game, and hopefully break their confidence, leading to them starting to lose. This could be as simple as giving them loads of free drinks in order to get them "drunk" and play more loosely, or deliberately "jinx" players they think are highly superstitious (such as not letting them sit at their "lucky spot").
