Platinum Play (FL)-

I think that these FL posts should stop. It seems like everyone wants to get in to the action and even post comments on FL reply post to the complainer. Then FL has to waste there time answering ridiculous posts.

I think the complainer of course should get this issue with Fl resolved. And perhaps mail CM if they don't resolve it , but they are a very creditable casino and I am sure this will be. But these posts against FL are getting a bit to much already.
May I make myself clear. The FL offered at this forum to check why my account was abruptly closed if I gave them a PM outlining my details. I sent these to them,as I said,on Tuesday and I received a mail promising a reply on Wednesday. This should have been simple enough since they have all the info at hand. However,up till now, there has been no further reply. This irks me,as FL was the one who invited me to get an answer from them and now, nothing comes. This coincides with my previous play with them where the customer service was slow and crappy. Really,I dont think this is a ridiculous post and FL should be answerable to it.

Those two are not good enough reasons for you to disdain them unless you mean restraining yourself from playing there. Just because other people don't give you stuffs doesn't give you the right to not like them.

You MUST be kidding...

There are a number of strong online casino outfits that offer (1) recurring monthly promotions AND (2) loyalty programs. Why would I patronize any online casino on a regular basis that would not offer me anything comparable?

Indeed there is no reason for you not to. That is consumer choice
which is a whole different thing than disdain!

"Disdain - to look down upon."

Let's see...I'm a gambler who enjoys playing blackjack. Blackjack inherently has a slight house edge. MG casinos - in my experience - have been notoriously streaky, and FL's loyalty program lacks the richness that I've found in other programs, plus FL lacks - or at least DID lack - a recurring monthly bonus. A strong loyalty program and a recurring monthly bonus are excellent offsets to the house edge.

Yes, I would still say that I disdain them. :)

Greetings dickens;
I guess we would ask for your reccomendations then! I don't disdain any honest casino. In FL case I wait untill they send a juicy offer and play others until they do.

LOL.

FL used to disallow blackjack for WR purposes - now it appears that some are allowing it again. That certainly takes the edge off of my "disdain".

My preference has always been the Peak Entertainment Group (Sands et al). Monthly bonuses, and WR that allows for blackjack, plus blackjack variations that allow for multiple hands. Fairly rich loyalty program, from which I've earned several hundred. No charges for Neteller transactions, and most withdrawals taking only a couple of business days.

As a point of comparison, I've read several complaints regarding payment delays from FL, and have read none concerning the Peak properties. Or perhaps my rose-coloured glasses are to blame...? ;)

Only for the sign-up offer, and BJ was not disallowed completely, merely limited to 20% of the WR. You could always play BJ on other bonuses.

snuf419: I asked you for your details in order to investigate why this happened and how we can prevent it from happening again. I have a suspicion why but cannot confirm it unless I have a look at your account. That still does not make us "scum". Although I cannot check anything without your information, I have no recollection or account of any communication with you that gives you any reason to make such statements against Fortune Lounge or myself, personally.

Petunia: My statement was not provocative. You simply do not come into a forum, call someone "scum" and then do not co-operate to get the issue resolved or give the casino operator a decent, fair chance to reply. The only response from snuf, since, has been a personal attack on myself. Without any details from him, I cannot explain to forum members what happened or why it happened and nobody can learn from the experience. I do not only have a responsibility towards snuf but also to all of our players and members of this forum who read his post. Chuchu59 has already responded to my request and I am investigating his issue.

We have always regarded forums as a good opportunity to listen to what players are telling us and to use the information to improve the service we deliver. To this extent, forums - and in particular this one - have made a valuable contribution to us changing the way in which we operate and this has had a positive impact on our players. By doing this the players have benefited, we have benefited and forum members could get the feeling that their issues would be addressed and that there is value posting in a forum.

Malicious name calling and slanderous personal attacks do not serve any purpose and make operators reluctant to participate in these forums. Our view, and certainly mine, has always been to address forum issues with utmost integrity and to ensure that forum participants get the true story - whether we are right or wrong. Forum readers have the right to this and they have the right to make decisions for themselves. If we are not given the opportunity to investigate and state the facts, there is simply no point for us in participating in these forums.

Casino operators are not obliged to take part in these forums or to handle player complaints passed on by moderators. The ones that participate in these forums do so because they have a genuine concern for what players are saying and because they sincerely want to improve the player experience. There are enough industry watchdogs and organizations such as eCogra that will ensure player issues are attended to and that the player remains protected. We have a real obligation towards them to deal with these issues. Appreciate the participation of casino operators in the forums and show them the same courtesy you expect for yourself.

I am pleased to say that FL has completed its investigation and my accounts have all been re-opened(with a small bonus). They were candid with their explanations as to why my accounts were locked in the past. Having said that, however,my case was over a year ago and if FL could take a further step and rectify/explain their position clearly and early enough, there would be far less complaints. Where some gamblers are not vocal enough, they stand to lose a number of customers when a little frankness is all that is needed to retain them. So thumbs up for FL though this could still be further improved.

Thank You for letting us know. I'm so happy this is all settled now. I told you FL is a very respectable casino. They step up to the plate and you can count on them.

I am a big fan of FL as well. I still remain concerned over Megen's case. This is the instance when there Ts&Cs said that a bonus requirement is resolved in the order the bonus received. When megen didn't meet the Neteller wagering requirements (a bonus she didn't want), they reversed their terms and took the Match bonus. In otherwords, they took the largest bonus.

As many players have pointed out, the Terms are clear on this matter. I have not heard of it being resolved.
