Platinum Play (FL)- SCUMS in action
Here is my case:
3 days ago I received an 20% offer from Platinum Play in the email titled 'Halloween has just improved for you'. Normally this kind of trash offer goes straight to garbage bin, but this time I reckon I would try out their Tomb Raider slots, so I deposited $100 and I decided to play BJ to fulfill the initial 1x deposit wager requirement. Their damn Microgaming software can't load shit so OK I was forced to play their flash games.I LOST 8 HANDS IN A ROW and lost my entire deposit!!!
OK! Maybe just bad luck!
I emailed to claim that 20% bonus, a rep named Francois D said I wasn't eligible for it! OK! This kind of things happen often with them, so I forwarded that email offer to her, been 3 days now, no reply. OK, maybe she is dead or got incarcerated or something so can't get back to me. I should made a long distance phone call; the funny thing being there is a possbility I pay more toll that $20 bonus as I am calling from Asia. Another support guy over the phone told me the promotional department closes on Sunday I would have to email email-support. OK!

In that promo email they clearly stated 'get 20% extra within 12 hours!'....
