Here is my case:
3 days ago I received an 20% offer from Platinum Play in the email titled 'Halloween has just improved for you'. Normally this kind of trash offer goes straight to garbage bin, but this time I reckon I would try out their Tomb Raider slots, so I deposited $100 and I decided to play BJ to fulfill the initial 1x deposit wager requirement. Their damn Microgaming software can't load shit so OK I was forced to play their flash games.I LOST 8 HANDS IN A ROW and lost my entire deposit!!! :eek: :what:
OK! Maybe just bad luck!
I emailed to claim that 20% bonus, a rep named Francois D said I wasn't eligible for it! OK! This kind of things happen often with them, so I forwarded that email offer to her, been 3 days now, no reply. OK, maybe she is dead or got incarcerated or something so can't get back to me. I should made a long distance phone call; the funny thing being there is a possbility I pay more toll that $20 bonus as I am calling from Asia. Another support guy over the phone told me the promotional department closes on Sunday I would have to email email-support. OK!

In that promo email they clearly stated 'get 20% extra within 12 hours!'....

I just wanted to try their new slots, from downloading to playing to claiming a legit offer, I experienced NOTHING BUT AGONY. I tell you, Fortune Lounge are SCUMS, and don't any of you tell me different. :mad:

Bad luck? Do you mean you lost $100 in 8 hands?
If so I think the main problem is betting too much per hand. We all know these 'streaks' can happen - with 'real' as well as 'cyber' BJ.
I've never had trouble downloading a MG - took bleedin ages when I was still on dialup - but it worked!
Sounds more like problem with your PC or ISP.
Don't know anything about FL customer service, but I hope it soon gets resolved satisfactorily for you.
Mind you, $20 would be scant consolation for me if I'd just blown $100 in 8 hands of BJ!

OK Bryan,the wording was offensive but I would concur with snuf419 that fortune lounge is just not up to it,especially when dealing with us Asians. If you lose money its ok with them. Try winning a few hundred and you will get the runaround. That was what happened to me last year and it took several months to get the money to my neteller account which should have been simple enough. nope,nothing to do with bonus/wagering requirements,simply that they said neteller was new to them didnt know how to process it and so on. Numerous e-mails and telephones with them including many conversations with a Chinese CSR. I finally got my money via neteller and I didnt bash them at any forum. Still,they soon decided that I should be banned at their casinos. That was out of the blue and without any reasons given. When pressed,they didnt bother to answer why. Fortune Lounge,if you feel aggreived,come and challenge me at this forum. I will be glad to give you my details with A PM.

Im sure you guys arent being lying about this, however my experiences at FL are all very good. Most of the time, cashouts are prompt and any bonus is credited fast. I withdrawal some very large amounts also.

FL is a big company, occasionally they might miss crediting special promotions. I dont use many bonuses so I cant speak about that too much. They'll sort it out, they are a decent group. They always pay and thats a rare commodity sometimes in this industry. Thats really what counts.

And yes, I have had streaks like that with 10 losses in a row. Only I bet maybe $100-200 a hand on avg so it is a big loss when a losing streak happens. On the other hand, I have winning streaks about the same amount of times at FL.
 
I do agree that customer service sometimes is lacking in handling special issues like bonus promotions etc. That could be worked on, but all in all im happy with FL. Take it for what its worth.

Never had any problem with them, and the CS is professional and kind. They might me sometimes slow with bonuses but I almost never opt in.
It is also nice to see fortunelounge monitoring this forum, showing interest in player's problems.
By the way fortunelounge, I would be curious to know the good reasons to ban a player.
 
CM, I had no intention to start this thread as a complaint as by definition if it was a complaint I must be looking for some sort of compensation, but this is not the case here. I just want to warn other players of this group. Your comments however, are duly noted.

FL rep. I have had communications with you before. But I am sorry to tell you I think you are stupid. You always dodge around my questions and never answer them. And when I re-emphasize them you just ignore me. I think FL keep your existence to fraustrate and exhaust players in private so they become too tired to write bad things about FL in public again.

You can keep that $20. As Chinese say, ' Keep the money for your medication.'

Yes I did, I betted $10 on the first 6 hands (with 1 double down), $25 on the 7th and $5 on the 8th. I wasn't intending to bonus hunt and I just wanted to try the Lara Croft thingy and test my luck. There was no video slots in flash so I played BJ.

Nope,snuf,dont use that last phrase. Its bad cursing someone like that. Give them your details and let them do the explanation.
 
-- Frankly, I would have been peeved too. It that last statement from FL was pretty provocative, and I would personally see it as a challange rather than an attempt to help/solve my problem. Having said that. I am happy to see that the casino's are taking active part in this, and I am NOT happy to see that when the offer is made for assistance, that certain players would rather have a 'test of wits' contest. EGh.

I have a suspicion why but cannot confirm it unless I have a look at your account. That still does not make us "scum". Although I cannot check anything without your information, I have no recollection or account of any communication with you that gives you any reason to make such statements against Fortune Lounge or myself, personally.

You simply do not come into a forum, call someone "scum" and then do not co-operate to get the issue resolved or give the casino operator a decent, fair chance to reply. The only response from snuf, since, has been a personal attack on myself. Without any details from him, I cannot explain to forum members what happened or why it happened and nobody can learn from the experience. You Deposit $100 to receive $20 bonus and play slots. You must playthrough the deposit to receive bonus. How long does it take for Autoplay to rip through $100 at $2 a hand? You are left with $85 -$110 give or take. Variance is the number one downfall of all players, not -ev Outside of the miscommunication with FL, the lesson to be learned here for the newbie reading this thread is to not overbet on your wagering requirements. Hope you get your $20!!!!

Like I have mentioned over and over, these sort of comments will not be tolerated in this forum. Perhaps something was lost in translation, but when I mean no insulting language will be tolerated, that is exactly what I mean.

Fl Is A Great Casino Group.

Hi everyone,

I have been playing with the Fortune Lounge group for quite a while. I have always found them to be honest, caring, and very respectable to their players. There are many times when I do not understand the rules regarding a bonus or a promotion. When this happens I simply call them on their toll free number and they are always very courteous. FL goes the extra mile to make sure that I understand the information for which I called. I have been lucky enough to meet a few of the reps from FL, and during dinner they sincerely were interested to know what complaints we had, if any. They were also very concerned as to how they could do better as a casino group.
Trust me everyone, if you have any questions regarding any issue, feel free to call the Customer Service Department and ask them to explain whatever it is that you do not understand. Lastly, I have always found that if you want to be treated with respect, you must first show respect to others. Respect is not a given, it is something we earn by being decent to people, regardless of the situation.

I will now agree with Linda.Let me say In the past I have written tons of complaints about fortune Lounge. And they were all about the telemarketing calls I got from them. I have never once ever had a bonus issue with them or any Money Issues my complaint was about the calls I got from them.
It has been cleared up. At times there can be a communication problem and thats what happened .Someone I guess was not writing down to not telemarket me but it has been cleared up a while ago. Any business can have a communication problem.

I have also a new Respect for this casino as well. We went through terrible hurricanes here in Florida a few months ago. 2 of them took out our power for a few days and took out half of our back yard.But that was nothing to the destruction of homes other people had. It was devistating. Fortune lounge was the only Casino ( and I play atleast 9 casinos) who mailed me to see how we were and they were also the only casino who made a donation To the Hurricane Victims here In Florida.

FL promised to look into why my accounts were suddenly locked. Okay,I sent FL a mail giving my details on Tuesday and was promised an answer on Wednesday. Its now Saturday and still no reply. Its no wonder that I and many others accuse them of poor and slow service. Nevertheless,this coincides with their processing of my cashout at Vegas Villa which was very,very slow.

They are one of the biggest casinos on the web. sometimes communication issues can happen and even locking someone's account until the situation is resolved.

I'm not saying that anyone is lying here I am just saying that they are not the type of casino to rip people off or confuse you with there bonuses.

They wrote to me asking for details and they themselves told me that I would be answered by Wednesday. You may think whatever you like,but when you speak to their customer reps on the phone more than a dozen times over several weeks,promising that your cashin to neteller is on the way and which never appears,you would feel being pissed off. I am giving them a chance to explain themselves and here they are again,no answers.

Perhaps you could ask for a check instead?

Earlier this year, I - admittedly - did a little bonus-hunting at FL. Earned a couple hundred here and there...and won over $2000 at one of their casinos (each from a $100 buy-in). I received my cashout in the form of a check - which was FEDEXed - about two business days later.

Similar to some others here, I've found FL to be tremendously professional. I remember when I would call FL CS almost daily to see where I was vis-a-vis wagering requirements.

Currently, I tend to disdain FL because (1) they're Microgaming and (2) they do (or did) not offer recurring monthly bonuses.

Those two are not good enough reasons for you to disdain them unless you mean restraining yourself from playing there. Just because other people don't give you stuffs doesn't give you the right to not like them.
 
I think that these FL posts should stop. It seems like everyone wants to get in to the action and even post comments on FL reply post to the complainer.Then FL has to waste there time answering ridiculous posts.

I think the complainer of course should get this issue with Fl resolved. And perhaps mail CM if they don't resolve it , but they are a very creditable casino and I am sure this will be. But these posts against FL are getting a bit to much already.
 
Sorry to jump on the bandwagon! Anyways personaly I never recieved my sign-up bonus Royal Vegas depsoit $100 and get 300% and Vegas Palms 100% up to $150. Have since withdrawn my money from these places after losing about half my initial deposit each time.

A few day later after recieving my withraw $100 showed up in my Royal Vegas account.

Theb onus is just an inentive for me because I want to play slots! I would think they would want me to try to clear the WR playing slots.

Fortune Lounge should work on there bonus offers. When I deposit and play through my deposit one time then the bonus money should be credited in the following 24 hours like promised.
